My wife and I stayed at this cabin for our 24th wedding anniversary. This is the fourth different cabin we have stayed in, in the area, and by far the nicest and cleanest. This cabin I would Ideally categorize as a place for a couple and possibly with a very small child. It is a little further from the mountains than the previous cabins we've stayed in, but has a very mountain feel to it, some neighbors but not too close to not feel private. Kitchen utensils are adequate for preparing simple meals, plus the gas grill comes in handy for a steak, or ribs etc. The king bed was very comfy much like ours at home and the Jacuzzi has powerful jets (beware though that the switch is on a wall that you must get out of the tub to turn off, so make sure the water level is over the jets to avoid it spraying all over). The outside hot tub was relaxing and private enough for us (jets not as strong).
It is our hope that future patrons treat this cabin as if it were their own so it remains as nice on our next visit. The owner (Patti) was very helpful as far as our concerns, and is very open to suggestion for the improvement of this property!
As far as television is concerned Dish network didn't have some of the stations we like such as History, HGTV, Animal planet. This wasn't a big issue for us since we do not carry any TV service at home, and we had time for other things.
We highly recommend this cabin and brought cards home to give to family members who also frequent the area.
