Rustic Country Setting

4 of 5
If you want a country experience, this is definitely the place. Beautiful white farmhouse with amazing views. In the morning, you're greeted by the gentle mooing of the nearby cows. At night, there's a symphony of frogs. Easy access to nearby attractions. Don't miss Fort Louden and The Trail of Tears Museum. If you come in warm weather, you can have your pick of swimming spots at Tellico Lake. The Great Smoky Mountains is just an hour away. Loved our stay and hope to return!

Good country house for fishing trip

4 of 5
My dad and I stayed for two nights on a fishing trip. The house was just right for our purposes. You can tell Dan takes great pride in the house; it was spotless and very clean. Bathroom and kitchen were well provisioned, good towels ect. The beds were pretty comfortable. The decorating was a bit dated, which I'm sure Dan will work on, but that didn't detract from our stay.

Home Away From Home

5 of 5
Stay Down on the Farm was truly a home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen cut down on our dining out costs. We enjoyed peaceful country solitude yet we were at the Grand Ole Opry in 30 minutes in Nashville. Each time we sat on the porch we were joined by hummingbirds that seemed as curious about us as we were about them. By far the best place we have ever stayed away from home.
