Great location and view!

5 of 5
The location was great. We were close to everything in the downtown area that we wanted to see. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Nashville.

Perfect home for a girls weekend!

5 of 5
13 girls from Chicago stayed in the Riverhouse for our first trip to Nashville... And we were not disappointed! We were visiting for a Bachelorette party and the home allowed us to relax peacefully while still being close enough to the downtown area for a night on the town. The home is also just a mile up the road from the Grand Ole Opry which was a pleasant surprise. The Riverhouse is absolutely beautiful- the antique furnishings and the "shabby chic" vibe made you feel right at home with still a touch of luxury. I highly recommend this property as the best alternative to a hotel, especially for large groups. There was more than enough room for each person to have their individual space and a bed to sleep in (and the beds, even the pull outs, we're so comfy!). The house was furnished with everything you could possibly need, from the amount of towels and linens, to the beautiful kitchen stocked with cookware. I would say, however, that if you are big cooks, like we were, pack a few extra pots/pans if possible, because we did find there weren't enough to suit our needs. It was no issue for us, we simply improvised, but I could see it being a slight burden for some. I have to say, the Riverhouse exceeded all of our expectations and we were in love with the house and our stay. Minor inconveniences are something anyone deals with when vacationing, but the Riverhouse's accommodations and hospitality truly made us feel right at home. Please choose this rental for your next Nashville trip-- you will not be disappointed!

Good Value

4 of 5
I along with 5 other adults stayed here in October for our Nashville trip. Parking was easy and always a spot close to the front door. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment/condo were clean and well decorated. The bathroom tub and shower showed it's age but nothing cringe worthy. There's no tv here but there is one in the common area just across the lawn. The futon was actually pretty comfortable. It's a long walk (a little over a mile) to downtown Nashville which was doable but not at night. You have to cross over major highways via a bridge to get there. We rented an suv and drove downtown every night. We did walk one day but never made it to Nashville. We stopped at a store then turned back to get the car. Overall this was a great location and good place to stay.
