              Good Location

              4 of 5
This apartment met our needs for the Beale Street Music Fesiival. The price was great and there was ample room for two couples. The beds could have been more comfy and it would have been nice to have some toilet paper considering there wasn't even a whole role when we got there. However, the location is awesome and there is a dollar store very close to buy necessities. We walked everywhere and everything is close by! We usually stay at hotel for the Festival but from now on, we will be staying at the Exchange Building. We already booked the 4 bedroom for next year! The security guard recommended a local bar close by for good, cheap drinks called The Mad Hatter. We went back twice! Nina is fun and helpful when arriving to the building. I would not recommend staying in downtown Memphis with children. It's too much of a party atmosphere.

              Cozy apartment

              4 of 5
Very comfortable, nothing missing. This place is indeed really close to Beale Street, but if you don't know the city, you might find yourself farther than you thought from other areas of interest (The Cooper-Young area definitely deserves a visit).
