HOMEBASE FOR MOVING INTO TOWN

5 of 5
We stayed at this wonderful apartment for over a week while we were apartment hunting. The ownere is incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. She made a point to invite our kids to help her feed her fish in the fish pond every evening, one of the highlights of every day. The apartment is plenty roomy for a small family such as ours, and the dog especially loved running around in the fields below the porch. A big thanks to the owner for all her help in getting us acquainted with the Knoxville area.

GREAT LOCATION

5 of 5
The owners are fantastic--very friendly and helpful. Even the horses were friendly and tolerant of my annoying dog. The house is located away from the city in the country which is very refreshing. It's only about 30-40 minutes to GSMNP or Knoxville. The house is almost 100 years old so obviously it wasn't perfect, but the location and price EASILY makes it worth it to stay there. As long as you don't mind some creaky floors, a couple bugs here and there, and a spiral staircase you should be fine. If you do mind those things then maybe you should just stay in a fancy hotel, you spoiled brat! I give this property five stars with no hesitation.

AMAZING!!!! TRULY SPECIAL!!!

5 of 5
We loved this Treehouse so much, it was sad to leave. The pictures don't do it justice, cause you can't feel the amazing peace and tranquility that surrounds this Treetop Master Suite. My sister and brother-in-law stayed downstairs, so it was a perfect family getaway. When we arrived on Monday, I told my husband, "I'll see you Thursday afternoon, right before my nephew's graduation". We were there to see our nephew receive his PhD from U of Tennessee. I just wanted to stay here and relax and enjoy this suite. Do not hesitate to rent this apartment. Rhonda, the owner, is so sweet and goes out of her way to make sure her guests are happy and comfortable! I could go on writing forever about how perfect and unique this place is. Trust me, you will not be disappointed!!! Hoping to visit again and again!
