          Excellent place to stay

          5 of 5
We are two couples in the late 40s/ and 50s who stayed at this apartment for a week in March 2014. We loved the place and would gladly recommend it to others.. The apartment is located about 5 min driving from the center of Philipsburg, Great Bay Beach , supermarket, ferry to St. Barth island The apartment was very comfortable with two large bedrooms with separate bathrooms and air conditioners, fully equipped kitchen . Best of all was a spectacular view from the any of two balconies at the surrounding islands of St. Barth, Saba, St. Eustatius, and St. Kits & Nevis. We enjoyed having meal sitting there and listening to the music of the ocean with amazing nice breeze during the night, and a quiet but still central location. We hope to visit again someday. Edgar and his wife, the owners, helped us with whatever we needed throughout our stay even gave a short ride to show us local attractions and breathtaking views. Thank you, Edgar for making our stay perfect! The best regards Elena, Sergei, Ivan and Oksana

          Incredible stay at El Sueno!

          5 of 5
We had an incredible stay at the villa El Sueno! The pictures don't do this place justice- we were completely blown away by the panoramic views and the newly renovated villa. Nothing compares to waking up to an infinity pool with a view of the cruise ships coming in at sunrise! Our group consisted of 3 couples in our mid twenties. We spent time at the villa every morning- the sun is directly on the villa for most of the day, which is great for sun tanning and lounging. We then ventured to other parts of the island for the day or did day trips to Anguilla and St. Barths- which we recommend. The villa is on a cliff so the beach is not directly in access to you however htis makes for incredible views. You can walk down to Philipsburg (Probably about a mile or so) which has a great beach and cute shops and restaurants. We did rent two cars to be able to check out the rest of the island as well as go to dinner on the French side. Parking on the island is very easy. We hope to be back at El Sueno soon! - Enjoy!

Nice view and lots of space

          4 of 5
Great place to stay, nice view, and close to the centre of Philipsburg. A little bit windy but I can imagine very welcome during summertime... Cleaning could be a little bit better. A lot of sticky spots in the kitchen area.
