Wow

5 of 5
Everything was perfect from the moment I first spoke to Jane to being picked up by Daisy at the airport, delivered to the boat ride with Vincent and safely delivered to Coral Reef by Marlon. We were met at the villa by Bonnie who showed us around and answered all of our questions. Shortly after Marlon arrived with our car. Quick and easy ( no lines ). We set up a tour with Marlon to show us around the island. It's a great idea to do it early so you know where things are and can deside what you want to go back to. Marlon showed us where to by fresh fish and vegetables at the local market on Tuesdays. We grilled the most amazing Parott fish. If you like beer ask Marlon to show you where you can buy it by the case and water too. Saves you multiple trips to the store. If you want to buy something to take home have Marlon stop at the little place on the way to Castle Rock and the man who is deaf and mute will carve you something which you can go back and pick it up on your way to Castle Rock for an amazing view and lunch. Don't forget the beach BBQ on Thursday night next door and a trip to Sunshines to try their famous killer bee ( just one) and the best lobster salad I have ever had. The rest of the time enjoy the amazing house. You can't ask for a more relaxing place. The beach by the pole to the right of the Villa is great for swimming and snorkeling. The locales even taught me how to clean a conch. I could go on and on and I guess I have. This was the most relaxing trip I have ever been on. Jeanette kept the place spotless so you really can just sit back and enjoy. Thank you Jane for the beautiful book to remember it by. Coral Reef went back on my bucket list but for two weeks next time. Thank you Jane for everything you did for us. Tony & Debbie

Wonderful house to rent

5 of 5
We could not have had a more wonderful vacation at Coral Reef in Nevis. The house is in excellent condition; everything worked perfectly. The house is quiet and relaxing, only seconds from the an amazing beach and resort, in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Each bedroom has its own adjoining bathroom. The kitchen works well, with a view of the ocean and palm trees. The screened in porch facing both the pool and the ocean is spacious complete with relaxing chairs, dinner table, and hammocks. Not only were the actual accommodations beyond expectation, the island of Nevis is amazing and endless to explore. The owner is a wonderful host -- answering all questions and going above and beyond to make your vacation special. Snorkeling was great; the water clear and warm. All Nevis beaches are public and not crowded, so you can walk them all. The weather was amazing every day. I give this accommodation an outstanding review

A December to Remember

5 of 5
My husband and I, along with our 2 young adult children, enjoyed our second visit to Lazy Turtle. This time we stayed for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas holiday on Nevis. The owner provided a lot of information on things to do and their parents, Ron and Jane, were the perfect hosts. They arranged for our transport from the airport and had the car rental delivered to the house. They truly want to make sure you have a good visit and are available to assist with contacts to arrange outings on the island. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. We loved lounging out on the large screen porch reading and listening to the tree frogs at night. We really love going to the various plantations around the island that are now beautiful hotel resorts to have lunch or dinner. We particularly like Golden Rock and Montpelier. Next door, is Nisbet Plantation, with whom the owners have an arrangement that their guests can open a tab at the plantation, that allowed us to eat over at the beach bar and restaurant. There is a steel drum band that plays for Sunday lunch at Nisbet and the Thursday night dinner and dancing on the beach is a lot of fun. We also enjoyed the other restaurants such as Lime, Sunshines, Gallipot and Bananas. Jane and Ron gave us a personal guided hike to an old plantation site and provided information about other hiking opportunities. On the advice of the owners,we also went zip lining on St. Kitts, which was a blast. While there we also visited Caribelle Batik and the Brimstone Hill Fortress. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation with plenty of time just relaxing by the pool and swimming in the beautiful ocean, as well as, adventuring around the island. We wish we could visit every year and hope to return soon.
