Relaxing place, awesome view, good location

5 of 5
2 weeks in St. Kitts of total relaxation and an awesome time. The suite (there are 2, hint: take Buena Vista), offers an awesome view of Frigate Bay and Nevis Peak. You can hear the splash of waves from the shore below, which makes it very relaxing. The suite is a fairly large studio, akin to a motel kitchenette suite. It more than suited our needs for the duration of our stay. What we truly loved from this studio was, that it was breezy, just open the patio door, a side window, the access door and it stayed cool (even in 30 degree weather). We even tried to sleep without the AC, but had to give up because of wild roosters in the nearby hills, they start singing at around 3:30AM and do not stop. Despite these roosters, the neighbourhood is quiet. We did not get to meet the owner in person, but he is genuinely interested in ensuring that your stay is an enjoyable one. He can easily be reached (maybe even too easy that the manager often got overlooked) and will provide complete information whenever requested. Also thanks to the manager and Rudy the handyman, they helped making our stay enjoyable. PROS: Roomy, breezy, quiet. Suite is reasonably well furnished. Big (new) fridge with a few goodies upon arrival. Washer and dryer proved useful (are reasonably new too) Reasonably close (on foot) to the South Frigate Bay watering holes CONS: Kitchen tools and utensils could use revamping and are limited. Recommendations for the upcoming traveller: Car is definitely needed (driving on the left of the road is fun!!!) Bring along some resealable plastic bags (ziploc type) of various sizes, well worth it. This suite is good for couples of all ages.

Ideal vacation home at an incredible price!

5 of 5
Our family (with 3 kids aged 11, 9, and 6) stayed at this apartment for a week and loved it. It is located conveniently at Frigate Bay with walking distance to shopping and a number of great restaurants. The owner was very friendly and responsive by email both before our trip and after we arrived. We were told to lock our doors when away and at night. We had no security issues and felt totally safe during our stay. We were glad to have opted for the Sealofts apartment instead of the Marriott nearby at the end of our stay. Our apartment cost a fraction of what it would have cost to stay at the Marriott and offered everything we needed! We met another family on our day trip to Nevis, and they stayed at the Marriott, they even had to pay for internet. The apartment was equipped with all the essentials as stated. Our kids took full advantage of the swimming pool that is only steps away from our apartment. It was as if we had our private swimming pool since not many people used the pool; the water was very clean. Our neighbor was really nice and helpful to us. The office staff was also friendly.

Wonderful Condo Villa in St. Kitts

4 of 5
This was a beautiful location to stay for 2 weeks. The condo villa is right on the Atlantic ocean and the Caribbean Sea (Timothy Beach with all the beach bars/restaurants) is only a 10 minute walk away. We spent all our beach time at Timothy Beach - you can rent umbrellas and lounge chairs and the water was less rough than the Atlantic. Small gorcery store, liquor store, cafe with WIFI and plenty of restaurants right at your doorstep. The condo complex was very quiet with a pool and patio areas. The unit itself was everything we needed, nicely updated and maintained. Need a taxi to go into Basseterre if you want a bigger grocery store or beer store or to travel to some of the other restaurants or attractions. We did a day trip to Nevis through Pereira Tours which was a perfect way to spend the day. Nevis is very pretty but very small - certainly worth seeing. The Royal St. Kitts Golf Course is right there and managed by the Marriott - it is a challenging and beautiful course but quite expensive. The condo villa owners, Suzanne and Dennis, were extremely helpful and accommodating. We would not hesitate to return! Thanks!
