Perfectly Located and a Fantastic Home! Just as Pictured!

5 of 5
The four story apartment is perfectly located in the heart of beautiful Sevilla! It is in wonderful condition with really lovely furnishings. The first floor is the entry, with an elevator or stairs as you please. The second floor is the bedroom with 2 twins together to make a large king size bed, many windows and a large bathroom. What's really amazing is that all of the windows have been upgraded to double insulation, large, french-door style windows. This is important as you really are in the center of old town Sevilla, and the ally below is filled with cafe's, and people enjoying life till the wee hours of the morning. You have to try to hear anything, its pretty amazing. We slept so well. The 3rd floor is the living room, comfortably and tastefully furnished. We were in Sevilla to visit our son, there on a study abroad program, and he ended up sleeping on the sofa for our entire visit. He did need to wear his ear phones at night because these other floors are not insulated as the bedroom is. The top floor is the kitchen and balcony. Kitchen is updated with modern appliances and the balcony is really beautiful. When we were there the kitchen was not very well furnished with cooking items; pots, pans, gadgets, bowls. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and got creative and made it work. It may be better stocked now as there were a few items dropped off when we left. We fell in love with Sevilla and our accommodations. We were steps from the center of town, we rode bikes one day all around the most historical areas. We did have a car the first few days and the parking garage is a bit of a walk, and the streets are typical very old alleys so it can be harrowing to drive. We drove to Grenada - The Alhambra, Cordoba and beautiful Ronda!! While in Sevilla we also did the Cubiqum Room Escape - so much fun for 5 of us (#! on Trip Advisor)! There is so much to see and do in Sevilla though you really can fill many days right there is the heart of the city. You would be most fortunate to stay in this fabulous apartment! We would definitely recommend this home and would look forward to returning!

Just like it says on the tin..

5 of 5
By far my best stay on this trip. 56 Peral is perfect for a solo traveller..or a couple. The pics do it complete justice. Peral is a quiet side street with minimal traffic/street noise, removed from the heavily touristed areas of Seville. It is immaculate, well appointed and close to transit. Lots of grocery stores nearby. A short walk down Peral brings you to the Alameda de Hercules...a wide open plaza with all sorts of cafes, bars and restaurants. Jean Pierre and his team were helpful when needed, and responded quickly to any questions I had..both before and during my stay. Grab a good bottle of Rioja ad enjoy the rooftop terrace! This place gets my highest recommendation.

Good location and comfortable

4 of 5
Good "15-minute walk from the hot spots" location. We learned a lot about the city by taking different routes each time. We saw more of the city life than if we'd been in a more touristic area. The street is low traffic except for a few loud motorscooters. The flat has simple IKEA furnishings and the kitchen is sufficient. Nothing fancy but it got the job done as a comfortable place to stay. The rooftop terrance is quite nice for relaxing. The managers were very helpful with orientation to the neighborhood and surrounds. We learned on arrival where the market on Calle Feria was and when it closed and where recommended restaurants were located. There is a small library of travel books.
