Fantastic home!!

5 of 5
The house is just as described - perfect. It was comfortable, with everything we needed. The dock and lake are gorgeous. Because the house is at the end of a finger of the lake, the kids were able to play and relax without worrying about any boat traffic. We went white water rafting, horseback riding and hiking to see waterfalls in the area, while enjoying the lake, the house and the Clemson area. Can't recommend enough. Thanks for everything, Lynn! We'll be back!

This one is a hidden gem!!!

5 of 5
Thanks to Calvin for having vision to build this homeaway dome in a peaceful country setting. Everything was right about our stay , the price, the size, and the wonderful feeling inside the dome. Being in nature was wonderful, but it's not too far to drive places. This one is def a winner in my book. Will be staying again if we make it bk to the area.

Great outside spaces

5 of 5
We took a mile loop walk around the neighborhood and a swim off the dock almost every morning. There is plenty of motor boat activity on the weekend at this part of Lake Bowen, and then quiet during the week. This tidy, well lit home has wonderful outside or screened-in space for lounging, eating (super grill) or watching the lake activity. We launched our eight foot sailboat from the dock since the slope of the yard allowed us to carry it down to the water. We were surprised with the ample wind on the lake given that our stay was July and into August. My husband rode his bicycle thirty or more miles daily on the areas rolling hills and found the motorists well mannered, giving him a wide berth and no hastles. We enjoyed a couple of challenging hikes and visits to Landrum and Hendersonville for shops and eating out. I would recommend this house for anyone who enjoys lake activities and exploring small towns. We hope to come back again.
