A GREAT LOCATION FOR A RELAXING VACATION

5 of 5
This was our first vacation to the area and one with a lasting impression. The overall description of the rental general location and pricing makes this rental a great option for your stay in Seabrook. We found the unit to be ready upon our arrival and Gary was very responsive in answering last minute questions prior to the arrival. We utilized the provided bikes and rented bikes during our stay and cover the majority of the area. Spent most of our time on North Beach early morning sunrises, watching the dolphins feed and the sound of the waves was quite a relaxing change from the hustle and bustle of everyday’s priorities. Charleston is a very unique city with lots of charming appeal to lure you in the history surrounding the area. We'll definitely consider a stay here again!!!!!!!!

PERFECTION!

5 of 5
We were first time vacation renters, looking for an awesome honeymoon spot! Jackie was nothing but helpful with the booking process, things to do in town, and of course her lovely place!! We arrived and the rental was spotless and looked even better than we expected. Jackie has a wonderful book on the table with recommendations and rental policies. Everyone we encountered in the parking lot and at the dock was very friendly. We planned on cooking most of our meals instead of eating out, and we didn't lack for anything. The kitchen was updated and included everything we needed for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had some drinks and ate dinner at Red's Icehouse on our first night--watching the sunset and even a friendly dolphin swimming around the marina! The lake house was beautiful and the pool is spectacular. We rode the bikes to the beach every day, about a 3 mile ride, and enjoyed the amazing trees and houses along the way. The beach was amazing! Very natural and not overcrowded at all! Many people fish from the shore and we watched lots of big fish reeled in! We used the crabbing equipment at the dock and caught two crabs, but released them to their home. Freshfields is super fun. We grocery shopped there most days along with a farmer's market down the way to Charleston. Freshfields also has daily activities that are noted in a shop, I forget the name though. We watched a movie on the lawn one night, and they had wine and spirit tasting other nights. There are a few cute restaurants there and a pretty good coffee shop. If you were looking for lots of restaurants this probably isn't the place, but we weren't so maybe we didn't look that hard for them. It is pretty hot in SC during June, coming from Houston, TX we thought we would be prepared. We were wrong. But the beach remedies this problem. :) We have already decided to make Jackie's rental our anniversary spot. We loved it so much, we literally cannot stop talking about it. It was the best vacation we have ever taken, separately and together. We couldn't have asked for better customer service, cleanliness, fun recommendations, and beautiful sights!

THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR BEAUTIFUL CONDOMINIUM

5 of 5
Thank you for sharing your beautiful condominium with us during our recent stay in Seabrook. The place was beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, had all the conveniences necessary to be comfortable on vacation, and situated in the middle of a lovely area, close to the Lakehouse. We so enjoyed the view of the marsh and all the wildlife we were able to observe during morning coffee on the screened deck. The rocking chairs on the front deck were fun to sit in and relax catching a breeze in the evenings. The beds were extremely comfortable. The entire place was tastefully decorated and maintained a homelike feel. We especially appreciated the bikes. We love to ride bikes in the evenings and take in the beauty of the island. It was wonderful to have these to use all week. Additionally, the Keurig was a very nice touch - I'm a coffee drinker and it is so convenient to have one of these. We were very happy to have discovered your rental and hope to return again next year.
