Absolutely Fabulous Stay!

5 of 5
Comments from previous guests were actually what made us pick this property over hundreds of others, and we were absolutely delighted. Right from the start, as we were inquiring about this property, Mary was fantastic, responsive and helpful. She communicated clearly and made sure all our questions were answered rapidly, so months before our stay we knew it was going to be great. We knew everything we needed to know in advance for our stay. When we finally got there, we were delighted to discover that the property looks much better than in the pictures. The place was nice and clean, and had everything we could wish for. Everything was there to make our stay perfect and comfortable. Mary was able to make us feel very welcome in her home and we wish we could have stayed an extra week. Extra nice gestures: parking pass for Huntington beach and Myrtle Beach state parks, local stores membership cards for discounts, which we took advantage of. There also is a Barbecue but we did not get to use it. Wi-fi, BluRay reader (and a couple of movies), DVR, multiple TVs, etc. The place has everything. The unit is also well located, within a minute walk to the community pool. I liked the ice-making fridge, so we could fill up the cooler every morning on our way out. A comment about the area: it's nice, clean and welcoming. Nice grocery store and pharmacy nearby so you never run out of anything for very long. The house is a few minutes driving distance from the closest beach, but really, when you are in Myrtle Beach, there are so many things to see and places to go, that you pretty much need the car anyways.

Very Nice Place

5 of 5
The place looks just like the photos, it is very well kept. There were some stains on the carpets but they weren't too bad. We felt like we had a lot of space, the beds were comfortable and we brought our two dogs. There was great places to walk the dogs, down to a gazebo, etc. We were very close to the state park and that was one of our favorite part of the trip. It was easy to get there and we took the dogs their too. Working with the agent was easy as well and we got our deposit back fairly quickly. I would be happy to go back there.

Just like home

4 of 5
This townhouse is in a nice quiet residential area. Very well landscaped and exactly as described. The property was clean and maintained. The beds and furniture were comfortable as well. The leasing process was simple and efficient. Everything you need is provided, if you use the last of something be kind and refill. While this was a little further away from the beach (tucked into residential neighborhood) than I had anticipated I was thankful we were able to bring along our dogs. While they were not big fans of the ocean they felt right at home in the townhouse. I would recommend Garden City Pier area for your daily beach visit. Murrells Inet restaurant row for dinner. For a undeveloped beach and wildlife viewing I would go to Huntington Beach State Park ($5 a person). A nice added bonus would be for the owner to purchase a state park pass and leave in the unit for guests because we would have gone there everyday :) But if you want to travel with pets, stay in a nice place, and not break the bank this is the place to go.
