We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, very clean, well decorated condo. Quite location, but very close to "main drag" that gets you everywhere. It was convenient location. It took us only 15 minutes to anywhere, restaurants, downtown, waterfront etc. Close enough to come back between day activities and change for nice dinners out. We went to Hall's Chophouse(spectacular but pricey) and Magnolia's ...great Charleston establishment, quiet and great food. We did A Christmas Carol at the Footlight Players Theater( wonderful little place on Queen St., a Ghost tour, Drayton Plantation, The Angel Oak Tree, walked everywhere, carriage ride, Patriots Point, and too much more to mention.
It was great to have 3 large bedrooms, each of our daughters had their own large room, queen beds and best of all we all had a bathroom! Great for rushed mornings trying to get out for the day and changes for evening dinners. Kitchen was well stocked, we made Christmas cookies, and had snack nights, dinette area nice for breakfast, cards and board games
.Each room, as well as the living room, has a little deck area, to sit out on, while there are really no views (like the beach) it is very well treed, so you feel in the woods and don't sit and look at cars or other buildings which was nice So important to us was being able to have out dog.
It is on second floor, so if you pet can't do stairs like ours it was a little difficult carrying her up and down, but few places take pets we were very grateful.
the photos are very accurate.
I would have personally preferred that the coffee table in the living room, while lovely, was a little smaller. It takes up a big part of the room. nice for accumulating stuff, which we did, but to large for my taste. That is really my only complaint. Everything was great!
The owner was very nice and wonderful to work with. Our deposit was promptly returned after our stay. The price was more than reasonable. I would absolutely stay there again and would highly recommend it to others. Can't wait to return to the Charleston area.
