Marvelous villa in a great location

5 of 5
We have stayed at this villa two years and have booked a third visit. The entire villa has been updated. The view of the lagoon from the screened porch offers great views of gator and bird activity. Night Heron Park is nearby as is the Town Center, and the beach is a short walk away. Bike paths abound. We enjoyed seeing dolphins strand feeding, visiting the Charleston Tea Plantation, and the Middleton Plantation. Of course, Charleston is just about 45 minutes away, and finding good places to eat is a "piece of cake"!

Great Location!

5 of 5
This Parkside Villa was the perfect location for our first stay on Kiawah. Close to The Sanctuary, the Night Heron Pool, the beach and the resort store for food and wine. The villa is exactly as described, photos are accurate. Very comfortable and all the supplies we would need. Very spacious and comfortable for our family of four. We ordered bikes for our stay and there were ready and waiting when we arrived. Nicest bike trails ever and riding on the beach was a big highlight for our whole family. We drove out to the Ocean Course which was breathtaking. We had a great dinner at the Osprey BBQ restaurant. I would suggest stopping and buying food and beverages at Freshfields before you enter the resort as the resort shop charges a premium for everything but it's convenient and has a great selection. The natural beauty of the island cannot be overstated. We saw lots of alligators and turtles during our stay. But we arrived home with all our limbs so it is a good conversation topic. Bina was very easy to work with. Highly recommend.
