Spectacular views. Didn't want this trip to end!

5 of 5
We surprised my in-laws for their 50th anniversary. When we arrived, house, lawn, & pool were well maintained. In the kitchen & pantry, there were lots of cabinets & counterspace for storage & kitchen was very well equipped with more than what we needed to cook for a large family. 2 refrigerators, an ice machine, 2 ovens, several microwaves, toaster oven, coffee pots, pots and pans, the list goes on!. Very child friendly - play area with toys for kids and a pool table/ping pong table for the big kids on main floor. House was very clean. Fran was very quick to respond when we booked the house, had questions, needed help at the house. Had a small issue with air conditioning unit on third floor, called her and she advised us how to fix it immediately. We were very pleased with this gorgeous home and I will recommend it to others & would definitely stay here again. We will not forget the memories we made here and the spectacular views!!!! Thanks so much, Fran!

Labor Day Stay

5 of 5
A group of us stayed in the house over Labor Day weekend and this house was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of space and room for everyone - no one was ever in anyone's way. It was clean and open and in a great centeral location that was so close to the beach! I would absolutely rent this house again, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape!

Third time visitor

5 of 5
This was our third visit to this beautiful house! Great for multiple families! We love the shady, quiet location just one block from the beach and within walking/biking distance of the local park and grocery store. The house is just as beautiful in person as the photos on the website. We have 4 families that stay together and the house is roomy and comfortable with LOTS of sleeping space. Two couples take the two upstairs bedrooms (these bedrooms have extra beds in them which could be helpful for families with young children), our girls occupy the upstairs "bunk bed room" which is small but private and very sweet! The teenage boys sleep in the bunkbeds in the upstairs tv room. There is not as much privacy in this room, but our boys LOVE it because the beds are super comfortable and the room has a large sectional sofa and a Very large screen tv! Another couple sleeps in the master bedroom downstairs, and my mom sleeps in the quaint bedroom (with the two twin beds) near the kitchen. This bedroom could also be convenient for a nanny or babysitter. Having the laundry chute from the upstairs bathroom to the master bathroom laundry room is convenient. Since access to laundry is through the master bedroom, we make sure whoever sleeps in the master suite is not a big "napper" so that others in the house have access to the laundry room throughout the day. Having two family rooms/dens is very convenient, as the teenagers can hook up their gaming system to the upstairs television while others may watch a movie or sports on the downstairs television. But even with two televisions going, there are still places in the house to sit and read and relax and two big tables for playing cards or board games. I particularly enjoy reading on the loveseat (off of the kitchen dining area) and in the rocking chairs on the back screen porch. We had gracious room for eating all together at the large dining table but also enjoy the spacious eating area in the kitchen as well. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, flatware, and cookware and has just about anything you need for meal prep. The house internet works great. We brought a laptop with us and left it at the kitchen desk (in the common area) for all in the house to use during the week. There are plenty of places to ride bikes and run within the neighborhood and around the island. There are also tennis courts and basketball courts at the public park just a couple of blocks away, which we enjoy. Super place ~we will be back!
