20th anniversary trip

5 of 5
Just my husband and I chose your condo for our 20th anniversary getaway. We LOVED the million dollar views and huge deck! That deck was why we choose staying there over staying in some of the big hotels and resorts.

Great Condo! Would definately to go again!

4 of 5
This place was wonderful! The condo itself is very roomy; with eight people & all their luggage we never felt like we were tripping over each other. It may sound silly, but having a washer/dryer in the unit was a huge plus. I think the best part of the unit by far, is the patio. Partially covered, so even when it rained a little, were we able to be outside. I was out there watching the sun come up just about every morning of our stay. Fabulous! As you can see from the pictures, this place is oceanfront. Door to beach in under a minute! (or pool in 30 seconds; your choice!) This place is smack in between the Surfside & Ocean City Beach piers. The closer you get to the piers, the more crowded the beach gets, here it was just right. None of that "shoulder to shoulder" feeling. Security here was very good, and also very friendly and polite. They really do patrol the garage & check parking tags.( By the way, don't hang your beach towels on the patio railing. Security knocked on the door & very politely asked us to remove them; against house rules.) There is a pretty good restaurant called the Conch Cafe right next door. You can have dinner & or cocktails on the covered deck overlooking the ocean & walk back along the beach to the condo. The bottom line is that we all really enjoyed our stay here; adults & children alike. We like the fact that we were close enough to all the attractions, but not in the heart of them. There was some minor signs of wear in the condo, but at the tail end of the summer season, that's to be expected. There was nothing that would stop me from coming back, or from highly recommending this place. We all had a great time & would come back in a heartbeat!

Still our Favorite!

5 of 5
We have been coming back to this condo at least once a year since 2011 (my first review). We actually stayed one other place in 2012 after the homeowner's association quit allowing dogs, but the place could not hold a candle to this condo. After that experience, we returned here, happy to be back but regrettably without our pooch in tow. I thought it was time to write an update and just let folks know it is still the greatest value we have found (even without our "fur baby"). After almost 40 years of family vacations in the Myrtle Beach area, we've stayed at many locations. This is still our favorite. When we walked in last week, the condo was so clean, it literally sparkled. The view is million dollar. The condo is tastefully furnished without being too stuffy to be comfortable. My family and I really feel like we can relax here. The huge covered patio is amazing. Everything you need to cook a complete meal is in the fully furnished kitchen (if you choose, what with all the great restaurants nearby!). Great, convenient location to anything you could possibly want or need, but still away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Myrtle. The condo, a corner unit, is quiet and private, far from the elevator and any "thru traffic." The manager of the property, Melanie, is a jewel and so easy to work with. She's readily available to deal with any issues immediately. I texted her because I was having trouble signing onto the internet and she called me within two minutes with the solution. If you have the opportunity to book this condo, don't let it get away. We look forward to enjoying our visits to this condo for years to come. As always, we hated to leave and by the end of the week, I was seriously considering researching squatters' rights in South Carolina!
