We stayed at this condo for a vacation with extended family. The rooms are nicely spaced, so each bedroom has privacy. All common rooms are open and easily accessible. There are two small steps to get into the front door of the condo, but rooms are handicapped-accessible once inside. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking equipment, serving dishes, and utensils. No need to pack books, games, or puzzles. A nice variety is already provided. The decorations, paint, and furniture in the condo are beach-themed and welcoming. Not to mention, the beach is literally steps from the patio. Once on the beach, there is a family-friendly atmosphere and soft welcoming sand.
The air conditioning worked well, and ceiling fans are in all bedrooms. There is an additional ceiling fan in the main room. Parking in front of the condominiums is plentiful. Though spaces are not reserved for particular units, we never had a problem locating a convenient spot. In addition, we found the owners of the condo to be easy to contact and quick to be helpful. It was important to them that we were satisfied. It is truly home away from home.
We were looking for local restaurant (not chains) that offered quality local seafood and at reasonable prices. There are two local restaurants we highly recommend. "The Shack" is an inexpensive and delicious breakfast and lunch option, that is less than five minutes from the condo. For dinner, you have to try "Fibbers." It is not impressive looking from the outside, but the food is outstanding! The prices are very reasonable, the quality of the food is amazing, and the service is attentive. I tried the Seafood Pot Pie, and it was literally steaming hot from start to finish. The seafood inside was fresh and provided a wonderful variety if flavors. My husband had the Mahi Tuna. Though a little on the rare side, he said it was the best version he had ever had. "Fibbers" is a short drive away and is located on the Little River.
