              Wonderful Watch Hill location

              5 of 5
This Watch Hill property was accurately described in terms of location, layout and amenities. We stayed in the house next to the 2 cottages. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, washer/dryer, decks with views of the marina,it certainly met our needs! It was within close walking distance to three beaches-Carousel (with beach/bath house priviledges in season) Napatree, and East Beach. It is immaculate and well-maintained. Amazing customer service was provided despite a very serious health issue and hospitalization of one of the owners shortly after we arrived. We absolutely would recommend this property to anyone! Despite very uncooperative weather (the second week of June) and no access during that week to Carousel Beach, we had a lovely time. We took advantage of our proximity to Watch Hill village -a short walk away. We had a chance to browse through different boutiques and shops as well as eat at a few spots there-restaurants/cafes (breakfast/ lunch/dinner options). We also enjoyed walking and jogging around the area. There are a few golf courses near-by, appreciated by my husband. We ventured to Foxwoods, which was quite an experience ,on one of the rainy days! We also traveled on another non-beach day to Mystic CT- eating at Mystic Pizza and going to the Maritime Museum area. Fun! Hope this review will help those interested in staying in Watch Hill- a gem by the sea.
