Fantastic experience!

5 of 5
I highly recommend this property! For the price, and the location (right around the corner from the mansion where Jackie Kennedy used to summer :), it simply can't be beat. The description doesn't do it justice and we were pleasantly surprised to learn that 2 of the 3 upstairs bedrooms do in fact have air conditioning. Also, you do have your own grill (no need to share). The neighbors on the other side "surfer boys" as the other reviewer described them were very quiet, we talked to them on the first day and learned that they're old college buddies- mostly all married guys who visit on the weekends from Boston and New York. The whole neighborhood is very quiet, family friendly, and within a 10 minute walk from the beach. Deposit and cleaning fee were returned quickly with no hassle. If I had to think of some complaints it would only be that the bathroom area near the shower is very dark, it needs some sort of light installed over there. Also the driveway is quite narrow so squeezing 2 cars in there was a stretch.
