Fantastic location on the water

4 of 5
This cottage on the water is very tiny but impressive. The outside lawn, deck, grill, and outdoor shower are the best parts about the place. We spent most of our time outside at the house if we weren't at the beach. There is plenty of room outside to socialize, and a very big table to eat dinner outdoors. The inside is very clean but rustic. The bedrooms have little wiggle room, but are perfect for a four person family with little kids. The bunk beds will not accomodate large teens or adults. The location, in a very quiet, beautiful community can't be beat. Kids can even ride bikes and play on the streets. Great for young children.

Cute, comfortable beach home - Really enjoyed it!

4 of 5
We were pleasantly surprised at all the work the owners have done that are not shown in the pictures. There is a nice outdoor shower and the old dining room is opened up with new, comfortable living room furniture. The deck also has new furniture as do some of the other rooms. One big plus is we noticed the owners did an awesome job in stocking the home with appropriate supplies, i.e, kitchen utensils, cookware, paper towels, towels, sheets, - the list goes on. They really thought of everything. The neighbors were all very nice - neighborhood quiet. We really enjoyed the daily visits by the Rhode Island egg laying chickens (from a B&B nearby) - got a kick out of it. Short walk to the beach, great biking - it was a great week and we hated to leave.
