Gingerbread house feeling

5 of 5
My husband and I were attending our nieces wedding in Bristol RI and choose to rent this amazing, comfortable, historical cottage. It's location was suburb, right in the center of downtown Bristol with a local coffee shop two doors down for the early rises like us. The cottage inside had everything that we needed; a comfy bed, beautiful kitchen that needed nothing and a just that perfect home feeling. The owners of the home were fantastic and proactive at answering all of our questions and needs. I highly recommend this charm if you are planning a visit to Bristol RI, a beautiful sailing town.

Cozy home with lovely views

5 of 5
Eight family members stayed for 3 nights for nearby wedding. This is truly a cozy gem. The home is spacious, more so than the pictures reveal. The beds have very comfortable mattresses and bedding in every room, every bed. Not fancy but very soft sheets, wonderful pillows. Lots of extra towels, bedding, and typical household supplies. Kitchen well stocked with all you need though we ate out and at the wedding festivities. Many delicious restaurants such as Quitos- fabulous lobster rolls and Agave for well prepared seafood dishes- all is very fresh. There is a seafood market very close to the house. Gorgeous views and property. Many beautiful homes and mansions surrounding the area. State park is beautiful. Great area for cycling, walking and all water sports. We did not want to leave after just 3 days. Could have easily stayed a week. The owners are communicative and easy to work with- very helpful with all info supplied and brochures for exploring the area. The town of Bristol is a truly charming New England seaside village- we loved it!!!

Sweetest Cottage in Bristol!

5 of 5
My husband and I stayed at the Cottage for three days in June...and what a charming place it is. The most beautiful view that anyone could ask for, and so peaceful. Keep in mind all the beds are twins, and for taller men you need to watch your head a little, but I truly adored the place. Ginny was the best hostess...made sure we had everything we needed...and great ideas for things to do. (Some unbelieveable gardens just a walk down the waterline). I really fell in love with that breezy screened porch and hated to leave, but all good things.... Bristol is great town with wonderful restaurants and shops. Really enjoyed the Hourglass Brasserie, and the DeWolf Tavern...restaurants that would be amazing in a big city, much less a small town. It's a pleasant one mile walk into town for anything.
