EXCELLENT LOCATION FOR ANY TIME OF THE DAY OR WEEK

5 of 5
I dont know where to start but i enjoy the most out of my last 7 visits to Quebec. Perfect location, for Family or single or team of girls or boys. Farmers market at you door step, (paid)Parking at front, famous world largest screen to watch from your bedroom window. downtown, resturant, Metro, shops, railway startion, boats. The best part I liked is if you want to walk you can enjoy the most, easy steps take you to up town and when you finish and tired walking back to apartment it is down hill walk, that is more easy and relaxing than stay close on uptown area. all kinds of food, from TiM horton, McDonald , indian middle east or European you can try different taste everyday. Nearby mall about 12 min drive with bowling area open late. I was there with my my wife ,two kids and in laws. they loved it. Steve, very humble, very friendly and very promt with us by email and phone. Many usefull upgrade in his well kept house, except Microwave is the one missing that caused us washing pots after warming foods. there was working Dishwasher too. I will go there again and again. Best place to have fun at any time.

Great view, comfortable, cozy, well cared for.

The owners were easy to deal with, their father-in-law just lives 2 cottages down and was able to help with minor issues and the pictures were accurate. The property overlooks the St. Lawrence seaway and we enjoyed watching the freighters and the sailboats. Access to the beach/river was just down the hill. We walked along the river daily. There was outdoor furniture and a small fire pit. Firewood was supplied. The inside was comfortable, clean, cozy and well cared for. There were plenty of dishes and towels. We were a family of three - there was a double bed, a futon bed and they made up an air mattress for my youngest. There were almost no items from the owner so we had lots of room for our stuff! The days were hot but the cottage cooled off easily at night with the help of the fans. The Wifi worked well, the grocery store was close, and access to Old Quebec was relatively easy - it was about a 20 - 30 minute drive depending on the traffic. The owners left some information regarding the area which was helpful. On the south side we visited Levi and the falls. On the north side we visited Old Quebec and Montmorency Falls. It was great to come "home" to our cottage overlooking the river after a day of touring. I would stay in the cottage again and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Fantastic, well-appointed, exceeded expectations

The VRBO site very accurately portrayed the condo, and its amenities. The process to secure/confirm the condo for our four-day stay was thorough and reassuring. Aside from the extremely pleasant attributes of the condo, the location for short-term tourists - us - was totally excellent. The unit was very clean. Given an opportunity to return to Quebec City, we would not hesitate to try to obtain the same condo again. We'd even consider changing dates if we had to!
