We stayed in the apartment for four days and found it to be an excellent choice for us. It is located in a high rise security building, in a wonderful neighborhood. It is steps from a very large building, in which you will find places to get food, including a Tim Hortons coffee stand, and a subway station. Also, from this building you can walk through inside passageways that takes you through several beautiful buildings to the central train station. Old town and the harbor are in walking distance. We bought a three day transit pass, which we used to travel inexpensively to other areas of the city. We climbed to the top of Mt. Royal, where we got a wonderful view of the city.
The apartment was as advertised: included some very nice features: an easy to use washer and dryer, a full kitchen, including a french press coffee maker. We liked the bathroom furnishings, especially the towels and shower. The bed was very comfortable, but not the futon. The place was acceptably clean - a couple of spots were dirty, and wash cloths were left in the clothes washer.
One feature that could use improvement is the limited eating area - on two small round tables.
Paige was very helpful, and was open for suggestions.
We recommend this place only for couples who choose value over luxury. As advertised, it does sleep up to four people, but since it's only one room, more than two is unacceptable to us.
