We had the time of our lives!

5 of 5
I rarely write reviews but this gorgeous villa is just too beautiful and I believe it is my responsibility to spread the word. This is the only vacation we've ever had where we almost never left the villa during our entire stay. The place is just beautiful. The whole house was well maintained and fully equipped. The view is picturesque (for lack of a better word). Unobstructed, 360 views! The pool was majestic. Everything was perfect! If you haven't decided on where to stay, choose this place and you will definitely have the time of your life!

Outstandingly beautiful and comfortable property

My husband and I wanted a weekend with our girls (17 and 26) and spent a fabulous time in this house. As you open the front door you are welcomed by a very extense living area followed by the pool with the georgeous ocean as the background. The kitchen is fun and we spend good times grilling away in the pool's gazebo. The beach has thin white sand and clear blue water and the temperature in the pool is always just right. All in all it was one of the best quality weekends we have spent and cannot wait to return with friends.

Fantastic Trip!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at A Touch of Glass Beach House during our visit to Vieques. The house was amazing with comfortable living arrangements, beautiful views, access to a wonderful stone and sea glass beach, and so much more. Within walking distance to two great bakeries, a nice walk to either the lighthouse or the fort, and easy access to everything. One of the main reasons we chose Vieques and A Touch of Glass was to have a vacation that was not so full of tourist attractions and commercialism. Walking the streets from the house to the bakeries and such we enjoyed interacting with the friendly and hospitable locals and being, at least in a small way, part of the local culture. A great experience to all of the Morells. While staying in the Beach House we enjoyed the iguanas and crabs in the back yard, snorkling in the waters off the Beach House shore, and investigating the ship that is sunk nearby. As for the rest of the island visiting the many beautiful beaches, the bioluminescent bay, and horseback riding were just a couple of the amazing experiences we enjoyed. Taking beautiful senic rides on Veiqueses interesting highways, snorkling at different locations, and enjoying the tropical weather made our relaxing experience at A Touch of Glass even better.
