This place was located right between Condado Beach and Isle Verde and only a few miles away from the Airport. They're many local little restaurants and shopping areas nearby that allow you to get things that you may need to make your trip better. The A/C units blew cold, the fridge worked, the area was safe, the taxi rides were pretty cheap, and Alex (the host) is probably the nicest person you will ever meet. He was almost always available. He also recommended some of our activities that we loved. The only problem was the shower hose for the bathroom that is connected to the 2nd bedroom. It has a tiny hole that will spray water everywhere. Just take a shower facing the opposite direction and this shouldn't be a problem. Thank you Alex! P.s. The third bathroom is hidden inside of a the closet! Took our group almost 2 days to find it - lol

Great place in a great location

My wife and I have a property on VRBO so we know how important reviews are to both travelers and owners. The booking process was easy. On arrival the key was waiting in a lockbox exactly where Victor told us it would be located. My first impressions of the property were that it was exactly as it was portrayed in the write-up and in the pictures. The unit is on the ground level which is what we wanted as having a balcony with a toddler means I don’t get a vacation. It was plenty roomy for our family of four. The unit was clean with plenty of towels and nice bedding. The bathroom was recently updated and very nice. The shower is large and the water is hot. The beds were comfy. I appreciated the windows that had the option to be completely opened or opened with the louvers for privacy and security. I had no security concerns as the apartment complex is entered through a substantial metal gate and the door to the apartment had a deadbolt. Many of the other residents in the complex had their windows and front doors wide open most of the time! We didn’t use the kitchen beyond storing items in the refrigerator but everything looked fine. Some of the metal appliances had rust on the outside which is what happens in a tropical climate. There is no dishwasher so if you plan on making many meals in the unit be ready to wash by hand. Some of our luggage didn’t arrive for two days which made the washer and dryer invaluable. We only used the A/C at bedtime. It reduced the humidity and cooled the unit down quickly. If I had to find one thing to modify, I would add a floor lamp in the living room or move one from the bedroom into the living room. All in all I would recommend the #250 Calle San Sebastian to anyone and would stay here again.
