I stayed with my husband from July 25 to August 3. There are no words to express how lovely our vacations were. First, I must say the apartment is gorgeous and the view has no price, it's just like the owner indicates in the website - A Gorgeous Beach Front Condo/Hotel Five Stars Location!!! The view was amazing, simply breathtaking, lovely, incredible...jaw dropping. The apartment was well kept, it was perfectly cleaned and it was very comfortable. I was so happy about the kitchen because we purchased some snacks, sodas, and sandwiches and off we were to the nearby turquoise beach right behind the condo. The access to the beach and to the pool was easy. If we needed more food, in a second we were in the condo and quickly returning to our fun filled sunny days. This condo has lots to offer, the lobby alone has a place to play table tennis and billiard, games for the kids, internet area, office to buy tickets to tours, bar, restaurant and even a mini market. Drinking alcoholic beverages is allowed, there's a pool bar in the pool area.
We took the opportunity and rented a car to visit some other places like Old San Juan. We recommend you visit "El Morro" and have some dinner at one of the Old San Juan restaurants--try a seafood "Mofongo" - absolutely delicious.
On another day we drove to Fajardo and took the ferry to an island called "Vieques" belonging to Puerto Rico and once there visited a couple of other lovely beaches (we recommend Media Luna)...looked just like a swimming pool, the waters were crystal clear and the waves were hardly felt. We had young coconuts for our drinks and after drinking them, they were opened for us to eat the soft and creamy coconut pulp. Also, try the "Alcapurrias" or turnovers filled with seafood.
We also visited a large town in the suburban area called Ponce and enjoyed the scenic mountain views. We noticed that the food was less expensive than in the capital area, we had an entire fulfilling dinner for $7.00. In Ponce, we visited the "Museo de Arte de Ponce". Then we visited Utuado and saw the Indian Park and visited the museum.
I plan on returning to Puerto Rico again and would absolutely like to stay in the same apartment, I'm going to book it way in advance in hopes that it's available.
