Great Accomodations, Location and Service

5 of 5
Overall, I was very impressed with the accommodations, location and service provided before, during and after our stay in Puerto Rico. The unit was as described and shown in the pictures; and while we travelers generally hope this is the case when we arrive, this truly was consistent with all advertisements. Even more impressive though was the attention to detail! The team coordinated and communicated throughout our arrival and remained vigilant and ready to support our requests and questions whenever we called. Upon our arrival into town, they were available to help guide our taxicab driver to the location (a hidden gem), and when we got to the unit, someone was waiting to let us in. Once inside, we were greeted by a bowl of fruit, something to drink inside, and a neatly prepared booklet of information about the surrounding areas (foods, stores, beaches, transportation, sites, etc.). Simply excellent! As we walked through the place, almost any question you might imagine having was anticipated and addressed. Internet connection passcodes, trash location, bluetooth printer connections, access and door code entry information. Neatly appointed rooms. Finally, I'd have to note that even the smallest of things that one might need or WANT were provided. Wine bottle openers, grocery bags, beach towels, lounge chairs, snorkel equipment, kitchen supplies, blender, laundry detergent, soaps, lotions, fans, DVD player. You name it or need it, it was there in the place. I simply could not have asked for a better place, let alone being in such a great location. The location is safe, yet hard to find, which isn't an issue once you get in, settled and acclimated. Short walking distance to food, restaurants and hotels with beaches and casinos. And these are all things that you would want in a location, not to mention shopping and grocery stores. In closing, the management team serviced us like no other. Highly professional, responsive, dutiful and helpful team of people who went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. And, they succeeded. Thanks, and please, if ever there, consider this highly as an option for your stay, you won't be disappointed - at all.

A beautiful apartment with an unrivalled sea view.

4 of 5
The apartment is clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped. More important, it is very secure, the latter an important consideration as the neighbourhood is a little run down and looks seedy. We loved the sea views and enjoy watching surfers braving the cold waters while eating breakfast at the dining table. But we do have to major complaints which I think other guests need to know. First on the list is the mattress. It is worn down and dips into two soft depressions when my husband and I slept on it. It offers no support to the body and for those with back problems, this is really bad news. My husband is such a patient. After one restless night, He could hardly stand up straight the next morning and had to wear his corset for support during the rest of the trip and also slept on the floor rather than on the bed. The second problem was the air conditioning which makes a racket when turned on. It was impossible to sleep with it is running in the bedroom because of the noise. We resolved the problem by running the living room unit and leaving the bedroom door open so that the air circulates through to the bedroom. Not the most ideal solution but it was otherwise impossible to sleep without air conditioning. Even though we had to live with the above problems, we still enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay .... Awesome Owner

5 of 5
My husband and I stayed at this studio apartment from January 24 to 28, 2014. The apartment is exactly as you see in the pictures. There is a fabulous view and the location - right in the heart of Condado - couldn't be better. Lots of nice shops and good restaurants nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the kitchen has everything you need. The queen bed was very comfortable. But perhaps the very best thing about it is Jacqueline - the owner/manager. She is wonderful. She answered all our questions before we left - responding very quickly by email. Our flight was delayed by two days and we ended up arriving at 5:30 am. Jacqueline arranged for the concierge to let us in so our check-in was very hassle free. But the real "over and above" service happened after we'd checked out. We stupidly left our passports in the condo where we'd hidden them for safekeeping and didn't remember about them until three days later. We phoned Jacqueline and she arranged for us to meet up with the new renter so we could retrieve them. I'm making it sound pretty straightforward, but in actual fact it took a lot of back and forth. Throughout it all Jacqueline went above and beyond in smoothing the way for us. We were actually on the phone with her at the moment we found the passports. We were very relieved and I know that Jacqueline was as happy as we were. She is the best!! In short this is a great place to stay. We would rent here again in a heartbeat. And we would highly recommend it. It's perfect for a couple or single person.
