2014 Family Celebration!!!

5 of 5
The property owner Carlos is a gracious and patient man. Our Quest for the perfect vacation started in 10/2013, we decided on San Juan but after speaking with multiple hotels, and private estates, no one came close to the customer service that Carlos gave us!!! He called us instead on bombarding us with emails, his philosophy is that people are starting to lose the ability to verbally communicate, I totally agree! We booked our family vacation on 1/2014, arrived at San Juan 8/13/2014 Carlos had the Shuttle at the airport waiting on all 12 people arriving on 4 different airlines. When we arrived Caracol Che he had a complimentary waiting WOW! The staff was courteous and polite. Now for the Estate!! Every inch of this place was exactly as you see it on the website!!! Please believe me!!! The bedrooms, pool with the lagoon, decks (yes that's with an S), and pool side bar area EXQUISITE!!! My family and I have voted Carlos into the family. WE LOVE YOU CARLOS!!!

Beautiful place, can't wait to go back

Casa bomberos is awesome! It's secluded enough to spend some quality time with your guests but you also have scuba diving, beaches, bars and food within a 10 minute drive. Although who needs to go to a bar when you have one downstairs? We enjoyed it every night. Elier, the property manager, was very helpful. He met my family for a viewing of the property before we rented it and even helped some of our guests who had car trouble. The pool is beautiful and huge, although it did get a little murky after a few days. The rooms are spacious and the balcony has a nice view of the surrounding area. There are a few cats and roosters just kind of walking around but hey, you're in Puerto Rico so you have to expect it. And there's a also a horse and fresh mangoes next door so I definitely recommend staying here instead of a hotel, especially if you want a unique and authentic experience. We had a full house of first time visitors and they are all talking about going back already and although Puerto Rico is beautiful, I partly credit casa bomberos for the great time they had.

The villa is just amazing.

Wow. What an amazing place to stay for a week. So relaxing. All the comforts of home. Even laundry detergent with the W/D. It's the little things that you don't have to run off to the store that help with a family of six. I watched the World Cup final in the hottub on the terrace drinking a Medalla. Awesome. The beach is an easy walk through the complex. Tons of nice beach towels. I wish I hadn't packed our own. Could've saved luggage room. We will definitely be back next summer. I loved all of the plants and flowers and palm trees around the villa. A lot of other villas in the complex have zero plants. What a difference. The golf cart was being serviced for half of our stay so Jen bought us lunch at La Cambija. Fabulous food there and fresh caught that morning. All of Jen's recommendations for restaurants were excellent. Thanks for sharing Jen. See you next summer Casa de Buen Fortuna.
