The owners were very responsive and provided detailed maps, directions, and easy-to-follow arrival instructions. The villa was absolutely as advertised. Very clean, with good amenities (DishTV, Wi-Fi, dishes, utensils, BBQ grill). I would absolutely recommend this to friends and family going to Rincon. It was very quiet and private, even though it is in a larger complex for the area. A very short walk (maybe 100 yards) to sitting on the beach with the included beach chairs. The beach has some great tide pools for the little ones and some awesome waves for the surfer in your family. The walk to the pool was further than I would have preferred, but we were able to drive over to the pool area and park, which was easy enough. The pool area was laid out nicely and provided "kids area" and separation for those wishing to sunbathe or use other areas of the pool. Plenty of tables, chairs, and chaise lounges at the pool. We didn't use the tennis courts, but they were as immaculate as the rest of the grounds. The only "drawback" was that exclusivity and privacy means it is a bit farther out of town than we normally like (apx. 15-20 min. to get to bars/restaurants at Maria's Beach, Pool's Beach, that we like to frequent.). Again, it was a tradeoff I would make again to stay in such a lovely villa. Plus, staying at the Aguada end of Rincon made it very easy to get to Aguadilla airport, less crowded grocery stores, our favorite roadside chicken stand, and even a few new restaurants we wouldn't have normally tried. Other villas seemed to have some 3rd floor terrace amenities (table, chairs, umbrella, etc.) which this unit did not include. And there is a big palm tree that blocks the ocean view from the terrace. If you are looking for a great place to stay with your family in Rincon, this is it.
