Great location to beach and shopping

4 of 5
Was happy with the property. It is maintained and kept clean. The apartment was very comfortable Had one problem the side by side freezer leaked water on the floor, did tell the owner. He said the rental agent would take care of it. No one contacted us to resolve the situation. Lucky we were on the ground floor. Had s great time !would recommend this property.

Great place to vacation

5 of 5
We stayed there from Xmass to New Years eve, the condo is excellent and has everything needed. Views are great, beach and pool right in front is great for a swim, plenty of good spots to visit in Ricnon - surf, snorkel, eat, waterfalls, etc. The owner Jose was very helpful, we never saw him but he responded to txt quickly, the place was very quiet. You do need to get the keys as the condo is gated (3 keys needed to get in) but the place is safe. Also, the location of the property in not correct on the app if you want to find it paste these coordinates into Google Maps (18.318877, -67.246077) that will take you parking area. Best to use Google Maps to navigate to the spot it can be tricky at night the condo is called Victoria Del Mar. We will definitely go back there!

Great Caribbean Vacation without the Hassles

5 of 5
My girlfriends and I (3 ladies of a certain age) loved this beautiful condo looking out at the blue Caribbean. It was centrally located so we could walk to downtown Rincon and to several good restaurants - others were just a short drive - and was just acrossed the street from the beach. The condo was beautifully furnished and had great outdoor spaces - 2 decks and a delightful courtyard with a hot tub. The complex itself had a nice little pool. The only drawback to the condo was a narrow metal spiral staircase that would make it difficult for someone who had difficulty getting up and down stairs to access the top level with the hot tub and bar area. It could also be a problem if you had small children. The drive from San Juan was not too difficult (about 3 hours) and it was nice to not hassle with passports, different languages (most everyone speaks English) and currency exchange. The prices were reasonable (as opposed to San Juan where everything was outragous) and we all felt that Rincon was a good value. I would recommend this property to anyone who likes water sports - surfing, snorkeling, diving, fishing, swimming, etc. and who wants a relaxing location without crowds and the hassles of leaving the country.
