Great place to stay!

5 of 5
Our family had a great time in this condo in Liquillo and we would like to thank Bianca and Jorge for making sure our stay was memorable. I communicated with Bianca when making a reservation. She was so professional, kind, and easy to work with. She answered all my questions and checked on us several times during our stay. Jorge was so kind to meet us at the condo and showed us the place (we arrived at night instead of the afternoon due to a delayed flight). The condo is centrally located only steps from the beach. We kept the doors open and enjoyed the ocean breeze. The pools were great and we swam there when the waves were too big for our little one. There are two more beaches nearby (one with much calmer waters). We also drove to Fajardo to Seven seas beach (some 20min away) which was also fantastic with calm waters. Since this was early January and the holiday season some places in Luquillo were closed. We loved Erik's gyro---one of the best gyros we've had. As for the things to do, the rainforest is just a short drive away --definitely worth visiting. And if you don't want to do anything and just relax at the beach you have found a perfect place. Our son already asks when we will be back and has put a drawing of Luquillo beach on his bedroom wall. We had one of the best vacations ever and would return in a heartbeat!

Beautiful and Wonderful view with ocean breezes

4 of 5
Thank you Maritza for making it a great stay! and for coming to get us the first nite. Yes! We got lost. But, Maritza got us to the condo, safely. She provided us with her contact numbers and brochures for various activities. The condo was also, very secure. And, it was very clean, and we had plenty of towels for the stay. It had all utensils, frig, microwave, toaster oven, stove. And, the beautiful view from the balcony/patio, was gorgeous, and the sound of the ocean was breathtaking. It was nice just being out on the patio. I will say that the owners should fix the door to the patio/balcony though, it did not work, and we had to prop a chair in front of the door to keep it shut. Especially, when we had a storm on NY's eve nite. Also, you should have some kind of universal remote to make watching TV a little easier. Switching between the 2 remotes wasn't the easiest way to watch TV. But, having the TV, Wifi and cable was a nice feature and amenity. But, being close to the kiosks was great, we could walk from the condo to the Luquillo food stands and enjoy all kinds of cuisine. Awesome! We also did quite a bit of site-seeing..................went to the El Yunque Forest, Old San Juan(Ft. Morro and San Cristobal). Also, we swam and tried boogie boarding in the ocean, (Luquillo Beach)(Seven Seas Beach) and it was great. We did a little snorkeling behind Luquillo food stands at that beach. I think the snorkeling would have been better if we would have taken a tour. But this time of year the ocean isn't very calm. Still swimming in the ocean in Dec/Jan is priceless, and being out in the sun is awesome. The weather was in the mid 80's during the day and at nite in the low 70's. You can't get better than that. If it rained it didn't last long during the day. I would like to come back and explore the neighboring islands Culebra and Vieques, too. There is so much to see here, and this condo is conveniently located. You are far enough away from the big city of San Juan, so you have peace and quiet. Also, you are close to the Luquillo kiosks and beach access. Even though we were by the beach, we couldn't use the beach out in front of the condo. The water's were too rough and high, no beach, but that is the time of year, so remember that if you want to come to PRico. All in all a relaxing trip.

The condo was beautiful, with all the comforts of home. We were a family of 9 and it was spacious enough for our group . Leilani the owner was accommodating which made our stay so memorable. My husband and I golfed 5 of 8 days at Trump golf course which was absolutely beautiful. Use of Grand Melia was nice for the kids to hang out at the beach. Thank you Leilani.
