Very Professional

5 of 5
My family and I reserved this condo with the hopes of visiting PR and our family there but were unable to stay due to family health issues. When we contacted the owner, he quickly responded and gave us a full refund. The owner is very professional and we look forward to the opportunity to rent from him in the near future.

Best Vacations Ever!

5 of 5
Hi Mr.William (owner) & Mrs.Carmen (manager) I want to start by telling you both thank you very much for making mine vacations so comfortable and relax. I stayed at Mr. Williams penthouse in Aquatika Resort in Loiza, Puerto Rico. The town is a small town with a nice and friendly population. Aquatika is near all the most beautiful places, beaches that people will enjoy with family and friends. Aquatika grounds are beautiful and we'll maintenance. The pools are awesome and clean, and just knowing that the Penthouse was steps away from the beach made it even more enjoyable. The Penthouse had everything we needed; I even contacted Mrs. Carmen to ask about having a blender, iron and ironing board and when I arrived to the penthouse Mr. William had it for us brand new. The penthouse was amazing, spacious, lots of natural light, a gorgeous view of the beach, pool and amazing grounds. Me and my friends went WOOOOW as soon as we open the front door. Aquatika have a private gate and only people with permits can come in, that makes it very safe, plus 24/7 security patrolling the area, and helping people with any questions they might have. Mr. William also provided beach toys, mini golfing, basketball ball, volleyball ball, tennis balls and rackets, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms where nice decor and spacious, the family room upstairs was nice with a big sectional sofa, big flat-screen TV, dvd, surround sound, cable tv, etc. The Terrace was where we spend lots of time playing cards, grilling and relaxing. Overall, this penthouse was incredible; the prompt responses from Mrs. Carmen and Mr. William made our stay the most comfortable stay I have ever had (and I'm saying that because I travel alot) I will definitely stay at Mr. Williams Penthouse in Aquatika Resort in Loiza, PR again, I recommend it 100%. Thank you again Mr. William & Mrs.Carmen Thank you Sincerely Keivin Farguharson

Great Home Base for a "Local"-feel beach, rainforest, & San Juan family vacation

5 of 5
We loved being on the ocean, with a pool, only 30-40 minutes to San Juan! This is a great location for local beaches east of San Juan and the rainforest if you have a rental car and road map. Finding the place for the first time in the dark was a little tricky, but in the daylight the directions are easy to follow. This trip, we wanted a casual condo to cook and relax between day trips on the north east shore. With only 3 of us, we used 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The wi-fi and cable TV was wonderful. Security guard kept watch over the gate to the beach and the gate entrance so the grounds felt secure. The guard shack was right near this condo. Nice patio with a glimpse of the ocean, near the pool (no view of the pool). Well-equipped kitchen, which we used daily for breakfast and fridge/freezer. The apartment was roomy and comfortable with the patio door and kitchen door open, with a breeze blowing through. (No A/C in the main living area.) The bedrooms have A/C. Wish it was cool enough to open the windows and listen to the coquis at night. The window locks were a little intimidating to figure out so we didn't open the windows (no screens either). 4 beach towels and 2 beach chairs and a cooler bag were provided. Plenty of bath towels and kitchen washclothes. (Bring your own bath wash clothes.) Written condo instructions were in Spanish. (This property is new to rentals, so maybe soon they'll have instructions in English too.) The property manager give her number and was helpful with translation if we needed it. The beach gate key didn't work, but the guard opened the gate for us. The condo is comfy but not glamorous. It's not spotless or pristine but offers many advantages over a hotel for those who want more room, a kitchen, and don't mind driving to restaurants and nearby cities for supplies. Get groceries in San Juan (Pueblos near the airport) or in Rio Grande (Amigo) or Canovanas (Sam's Club, Walmart). There are small bakeries and local restaurants nearby but no big stores or fast food. Not at all busy except Sunday afternoon. That seems to be the only day many apartment owners come over from San Juan to enjoy the pool with their families. The sand and surf were great. Not many people at the beach too, except Sunday when a large group of locals congregates just to the west, enjoying a day at the beach too. Taking the curvy coastline drive on Hwy 187 through Pinones forest to the west to Carolina beach and San Juan has a very local feel, with some n
