AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

5 of 5
The complex is very good and safe. The apartment itself is very comfortable. The pool is spacious even when crowded. Great for families traveling with kids. In the kitchen there's everything you'll need. The owner keep everything clean and well maintain. The check- in and check-out process was simple. Groceries stores and local dinning areas are near. Definitely coming back and recommending to family and friends!

Amazing location

5 of 5
This is probably the closest you can get to the ocean without actually being in a boat. We arrived in the middle of the night and Mark was kind enough to arrange transportation from the airport. The apartment was clean and spacious and we didn't miss not having a car. (If you decide not to rent a car, you should take advantage of Mark's offer to stock the apartment with food). The folks we met were amazing, not only was the entire transaction smooth and hassle-free, Mark sends out a detailed list of everything you could possibly need. A friend of his even leant me snorkeling gear. The housekeeper, Rosita, is charming. It was a real pleasure and a perfect vacation. The Villa Montana resort is next door and has amazing seafood and Medalla beer on draft. A small shack called 'La Parada de Los Surfers' is a half-kilometer walk and serves the best fried spicy chicken tacos. The ocean is warm even in winter. Love this place!

Great Home and Location BUT.....

4 of 5
We book this home last minute to attend a funeral. There were 7 of us and 2 children. The home was great except for a few minor issues that was overlooked by that person that cleans and maintains the home between renters. There were expired food items in the refrigerator that should have been thrown out before we arrived, on check in the lights on the ceilings fans in two of the bedrooms were not working. When I removed the glass fixture to replace the bulb I found that the bulbs were disconnected from the socket which I found unusual. That problem resolved. I traveled with six women and all needed to iron for the funeral but found that the closet where those items and the washer & dryer were was lock. I notified Adam and he mention to me that there should be no lock on the door. Then later he says that I should have access because I'm renting for 5 nights. Whether it's 2 nights or 14 nights, If the amenities describe a washer & dryer then you should have access to them regardless the length of stay unless otherwise speified. So I asked how soon can someone come down with a key to open it. Adam response " Oh there's no key " To Adams credit he did have someone bring down a travel ironing board and iron but by that point were done ironing and running late. So he stated that he will send someone Friday morning to try to get the closet door open which the guy never showed up. By this point I was able to borrow a full size ironing board from my wife's grandmother house. Problem solved. I did mention to Adam that the water heating device in one of the bathrooms stop working which was a little inconvenient for the women I was traveling with but we made it work. He stated that there was no way to pay someone to replace it which is really a easy fix and one of the AC units in the first bedroom was not working. They need to replace the TV remote which did not work even after I replaced the batteries. I personally thought that Adam did a nice job from booking the home to sending someone down to rectify some of the issues." A " for effort but I just think Adam needs to find someone reliable that is able to make a quick repair or say open a closet door with a key and arrange payment for those services at a later date. Other than that I would definitely rent this home in the near future and thank you Adam for everything my friend. Missing PR right now.
