PERFECT! PICTURES DONT DO IT JUSTICE! MUST SEE!

5 of 5
Let me start with saying thank you Edie. This place is nothing short of amazing! To the people reading, dont overpay somewhere else! Me and seven of my closest friends stayed here for nine nights, all of us in our mid to late twenties. From the day we first booked this house, Edie was so prompt and professional, not to mention very pleasant. She went out of her way to accommodate us, going as far to carry out a request to stock the fridge with a detailed list of items that we had requested (thanks again)! This place is fit for a king (and queen) and with a fridge stocked with food and exotic fruit, we really felt like it! We didnt really make plans for things we was going to do while in Puerto Rico, only references and (alot of them), after all it is vaccation, no need for a schedule! There is no shortage of amazing things to do and see in Puerto Rico. Through our nine night stay we all decided that the house and surrounding area (private beach, private swimming pool, and three small restaurants only a short walk from the house ( the one closest to driveway gate the best by far, with a cook that belongs in a five star restaurant! Example GUAVA BBQ RIBS) were so amazing we would spend a whole day around the house. Thats a big statement for eight adventurous people! The food all over Puerto Rico is amazing seriously. My favorite the previously mentioned and Don Frappe. Both are elite restaurants. There is a local grocery store where we bought other food for cooking at the house. The house had all cooking amenities included the nicest gas bbq grill I have ever seen! Washer and dryer made it so we could pack lighter and stay fresh:) Bedrooms and beds were very clean and comfortable. Two bathrooms were perfectly clean, comfortable, and functional. The pool, exotic yard, and beach will leave you speechless. The gated community (not a resort) and the sureal location of this place, make it a true vaccation retreat. Paco is a snorkeling guide with a beautiful boat with canopy who lives right in the the gated community too. I highly recommend him, he is a amazing man who loves his island and nature, and people who feel the same as him about it. Puerto Rico is unbelievable, but I highly recommend taking a small plane (fleminco airlines) to Culebra. This place is a hidden gem with a true island feel! Once there look up Captain Sebastian he can take you to the second best beach in the world (tortega beach on culibrita)!! For a day on a amazing island by yourself! 5star

LOVED THE CONDO---LOVE PR!!

5 of 5
Beautiful marina side condo in the prestigious golf community of Palmas Del Mar!! The view of the marina from the outside deck is so relaxing and beautiful! The perfect spot for breakfast every morning as well as a night cap in the evening to wind down from a day of adventures! It was difficult to find an affordable 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo to accommodate my 3 growing teens! The two king sized beds and washer and dryer in unit, sealed the deal! Walmart was a short ride away and having access to a large cooler allowed us to keep waters and snacks in the trunk as we toured the beautiful island of PR! Kevin was a great host! He promptly returned our security deposit upon our return and he made many great recommendations for food and visits! El Makito in Naguabo is a MUST SEE!! This quaint little seaside town is the perfect place for dinner as the sun goes down!! (Just wish we didn't wait until our last night to visit as we could have gone more often!!) http://www.elmakito.com/ I also recommend an inexpensive visit to La Marquesa Forrest. $7 pp will get you a trip up the mountain in the funicular and allow you (almost) hands on access to BEAUTIFUL birds (the most colorful parrots I've ever seen) as well as a butterfly exhibit! Many people don't realize "La Marquesa" exists but you should NOT miss it on your trip! Staying in Palmas Del Mar gave us easy access to El Yunque Rain Forrest, Luquillo Beach for dining at the kiosks, Fajardo (boat rides), Old/San Juan, Ponce, etc. After a day on the road, sitting back on the deck at the marina and watching the boats and yachts pull in was the perfect ending to wonderful adventures!! I'd stay here again, for sure!!

PERFECT HOME AND LOCATION

5 of 5
My family ranging in ages from 16-75 stayed here for a week mid-April and all were very happy and comfortable with this home and location. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. The home had a fun modern/beach feel with nice views, especially from the master suite. The beach just a few steps from the house was not always suitable for swimming (although we did snorkel on the north edge) but it was very private. Other larger beaches in the resort are easily accessable by the golf cart that is provided. The resort has some good restaurants, tennis, gym, golf and a small market. We highly recommend the snorkel trip with Maragata Charters, Old San Juan, Rain Forest and bioluminescent bay/lighthouse night walking tour. Wish we had stayed longer!
