Great place to stay in PR!!!

4 of 5
This was a spacious place for 8 people (adults and a child) to enjoy vacation together or have their own space. Very clean. Short drive to the beach and many other attractions on the East side of the island. Security made you feel safe. 3 pools to enjoy. I would be careful on the one with the slide as it is concrete and can cause scraping for adults and children. Carmen was very helpful and accommodating before and during the stay!! The harbor is just across the street with a great little outdoor bar. I would stay here again!!

Wondefull condo for our Puerto Rico vacation

5 of 5
First of all we want to thank you for a wonderful place to stay. It met all of our needs for the week, was neat and clean, well maintained, had a table large enough for all 8 of us to share a meal. Air conditioning worked well all week. The pool was fantastic for cooling down and Seven Seas beach was wonderful. The weather was perfect. High 80’s and sunny during the day, cooling off nicely in the evening. we only had brief sprinkles 2 times during the week. Buena Suerte maybe? (we got to put our Spanish to good use.) We went to El Yunque twice, hiking to several water falls, the tower on the way to the peak. Took the Angel trail and spent time jumping into the river from the rope swing. Went to Humacao park, spent a day in Old San Juan, went Scuba diving and snorkeling, and ate at many wonderful restaurants. The Bio bay kayak trip with Island adventure tours was an incredible experience I’d recommend for all your guests. Price after tax and park fee was $51 PP. Went to Mass at an AWESOME little Catholic church on hwy 3 near Luquillo. Even though mass was in Spanish we understood enough of it to get by. At the end of mass we were “called out” as visitors and said we were from Chicago. This turned out to be an incredible thing as Father then went on to say he had been in Chicago the week before and had completed the Chicago marathon. He was so proud of his accomplishment he actually pulled out his medal and showed it gleefully to the congregation as he talked about his experience there. Connected us all in a way. We really enjoyed the Blue Iguana restaurant at the Fajardo Inn. We actually went there 2 nights in a row. They offered a daily special all 7 days of the week. The food is quite reasonably priced compared to several restaurants we ate at and was VERY good quality with huge portions. Dinner at Don Pepe’s across from El Yunque was great, as was dinner at Costa Mia. Dinner at La Estacion was incredible but very expensive. It was our treat to ourselves for the week. We shopped at both Econo and Ralph’s groceries. Found the best price on Rum at the cash and carry store on Avenida Valero. The bakaria on El Conquistador was wonderful. 16 pastries for only $12. Verizon cell phone service worked without roaming. One thing that should be arranged for is a good map of the island. the Rental car map was not sufficient.

Paradise in Fajardo

5 of 5
This is the perfect rental in Fajardo. My family and I stayed there for a week, party of six including teenagers and we had an absolutely fantastic time. The apartment is gorgeous, the rooms are large and has all the amenities you can possibly think about. The kitchen has all new appliances and we were able to cook a few times during the week. The patio adds that extra advantage as you can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful views of the Fajardo Bay. The views from the condo are incredible. We saw the sun rise and set over the water almost every day. The location of the condo is also superb because all the water activities, snorkeling, scuba and sailing take off from the marina just a couple of blocks away. Coming back from a long hot day in the sea and driving to your place two blocks away is priceless. The El Conquistador Hotel is a short drive away and it is beautiful. Has a casino and a night club. There is also plenty of shopping in the area, local supermarkets and fast food for the kids. The location is great, we will love to go back again. Luis is so responsive to your calls it was a pleasure to deal with. He was available everytime we call with any questions we had. I highly reccomend this stay in Fajardo. It exceeded our expectations.
