Fantastic place to stay!

5 of 5
Casa Lucky is a wonderful place to stay in Culebra. It is very spacious. We had total 6 adults and 3 children. Plenty spacious for all of us. Nice kitchen to cook our food and grill in the back. Close to anywhere you want to go on the island. We walked to the town a few times and close to Flamenco and Zoni beaches and the harbor. We enjoyed our stay and would love to go back to visit and when we do, we will choose Casa Lucky!

Wonderful stay at property

5 of 5
Can't say enough about how pleasant the owner of this property is. What a true pleasure it was to rent from her. Stayed at the Mariber house for a week in February. House was extremely clean and was plenty big enough for our family of 5. Washer and dryer were great. Convenient location - close to Flamenco beach and town. Can walk across the street if you want to fly to main island instead if using the ferry (would recommend flight based on our experience - flight so cool). Walked to Carlos Jeep rental - right near Mariber as well. Rented 4 door jeep and was able to explore entire island. Culebra is beautiful - beaches are extraordinary. My 2 oldest children experienced snorkeling for the first time and feel in love! They saw a sea turtle, sting ray and many tropical fish during the week. Be sure to bring your own snorkel gear as there are many different places to snorkel around the island. We also took a water taxi to Culebrita - worth the trip - remote island with a lighthouse to hike to and a small hike to Tortuga beach - absolutely gorgeous (hermit crabs along path to beach) - a true paradise. Would recommend staying at Mariber if you visit Culebra.

Loved every minute.

I think we have just discovered our very best vacation spot ever with Culebra and staying in Bonnie and Sam's lovely home made everything perfect. The house was spacious, quiet, clean and in perfect order. We loved the wrap around porch for eating, reading, playing games and wildlife viewing as well as watching the sunrise creep across the hills and then setting at night. The proximity to Zoni Beach was super easy and it was just a short ride into town. We had friends staying on the other side of the island and we packed for the day (with our own 3 kids) and hit 3 or 4 beaches each day, took a few excursions, and ended the days at Zoni every evening. Bonnie and Sam were very accommodating and we would love to make Culebra and this house an annual get away. We still have a list of things we want to do and see!
