Just recently rented the condo for ten days, I honestly have to say that the discription of the condo was spot on clean, conveintly located and at a bargain. Juan a complete gentlemen willing to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable and the staff projects Juans standards. We where invited to a birthday party during our visit, my wife not wanting to go empty hand made her famous potato salad, I was surprise that Juan had everything need to make the salad even the glass bowl to use at the party. Thanks to Juan Kitchen the salad was a hit. I'm aready planning another stay for the summer. My four year daughter loved the swimmig pool when not sightseeing the pool was her second fun place. I need to stop saying how great the condo is or I'll never be able to book a stay. My thanks to Juan, my money was well spent.

Perfect PR Weekend.

Michael’s nice apartment certainly makes you feel at home and is wonderful for a fun/relaxing getaway vacation. It’s a very comfortable apartment with large windows, flooded with day light, convenient location, and everything you could possibly need (all kitchen/cooking tools, beach towels/chairs, etc.). He’s great with communication and follow-ups, and very accommodating. Since Maritza (building manager) was out of town, Janet had picked us up from the airport with a nice helpful tour around the city and apartment, and later Maritza attentively checked in on us. It was so nice to meet them both. Overall we had a lovely trip, with wonderful and kind hosts. We’ll definitely be back again!

Just what we were looking for!

First, let me add to the other reviewers and say how very easy Sara was to work with. If she could make it happen, she would. We changed our dates a few times and she didn't seem to mind, she just hoped that our vacation was a good one. The apartment itself had everything to make us comfortable - the sofas and bed were super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked (tiny, but we were able to put together meals in it) and, of course having the washer & dryer in the apartment was wonderful. We have stayed in many rental apartments, so are not surprised at the size & found it more roomy than expected. For us it was ideal - just two adults, though I could see we had room if anyone wanted to join us. Then there's the area. We have stayed in several condos a bit east on Ashford Avenue, but wanted something in a quieter sector. I can't say it was noise-free, but for Condado it was fine. After all, we wanted to be close to everything, so couldn't expect to have complete silence. It was just as easy to walk to SuperMax and Super Walmart, as well as our favorite casinos, restaurants (Orozco's & Mike's are our faves), even museums. In fact, we love the beach at Ventana al Mar & this was the closest we've stayed so far - we could hear the monthly jazz festival at the right volume for us! Another thing about this particular condo is the proximity to the ocean - again, going east on Ashford the distance to the ocean gets wider - here, we were able to have a great vista of ocean & hear the waves, a pleasant addition! How much did we like it? We'll be going back next February for another month!
