Great location and great family rental!

5 of 5
We traveled to San Juan as a family (6 adults and 2 kids) and loved staying at Victor's condo. Victor is a great host. He was very prompt to answer any questions prior to and during our stay. He also stopped by to make sure we were doing well and enjoying our stay. Check-in and check-out were easy and Victor allowed us to check in a bit earlier, since our flight got in early. The place was clean and equipped with clean towels, linens, and kitchen ware (which was handy as we cooked a few meals). The air conditioning in each room was a life-saver given the hot and humid weather. You really can't beat the location and we felt safe. It's a 2-minute walk to the Condado Beach and if you want "calmer" waters you can take a short bus ride (on 53) to Ocean Park Beach. It's a 10-15 minute bus ride (21 or 53, 75 cents each way) to Old San Juan, which is a must for exploring if you are in SJ. There is a Walgreens a block away, a Walmart and grocery store (Supermax) within 15 mins walk, and a ton of restaurants (our favorites were Pinky's for breakfast and La Ropa Vieja for lunch/dinner). In other words, you really don't need to rent a car for the entire stay. However, if you want to explore El Yunque National Forest and Luquillo Beach (which I highly recommend), there is a car rental place a few blocks away from the condo. I highly recommend this condo and would definitely come back again! Thank you, Victor, for your hospitality.

The Magic House in Condado

5 of 5
Since we made the first contact with Ms. Silvia, we felt the good service and welcoming treat!! The house is very comfortable and "magical" because you can feel love around it! The location is perfect because you have a market that you can go "in a walking distance", nice restaurants nearby, immediate access to the highway, maximum security, etc. We had a great time in Puerto Rico and this beautiful, spectacular house contributed to it!!

Best Deal on Condado Beach in Puerto Rico

5 of 5
This is condo is truly a hidden gem right on Condado Beach. The condo is a small, cute, studio, with everything you would need for a vacation-get-away. Location The Condo is just a stone’s throw away from the treasure which is Old San Juan, and directly across from the Marriot Hotel. Just a few steps away is Ashford Ave, where there is shopping, including Wallgreens and a gym. You can literally stay here with out having to take a cab to eat our buy things. If you do want to book a tour or see things, the Marriot next door has cabs, as well as a tourism desk. It’s very safe and comfortable at Stella Maris, so it’s not a problem to be out and about. Condo In my mind’s eye, it’s like staying at your favorite Aunts place. The owners keep the condo clean, and stock the unit with everything thing you would need for a trip. We were happy to find a coffee maker, pots and pans and utensils in the kitchen area. The bathroom was recently renovated is very sleek and modern. During our stay, we were able sleep with the balcony door open and feel the soothing ocean breeze, with out having to put on the air con. We spent hours having coffee on the balcony, and looking out on to the blue ocean, as far as the eye can see. Additional Stuff We Enjoyed We saved a lot of money by staying here because we did not have to go out to eat for every meal, and we could do our laundry right on the property. Next year when it gets cold back in Chicago, we will come back to this condo for sure! The pictures really can't express just how great this place is.
