This house is amazing!

5 of 5
I would reccommend this house to everyone! This house is for all age groups. We wanted to rent this house for the weekend. We went snow tubing in Camelback Ski Resort and wanted to stay nearby. This house was literally 20 minutes away. There's no need to go anywhere else when you have all the fun activities inside the house! We played pool, ping pong, made smores, watched the sunset by the lake and played board games. The view was breath-taking. I am definitely renting again in the summer where we can take advantage of the pool, lake, and tennis court!! This house is fully equipped with all the utensils, pots and pans we needed to cook all meals. I highly recommend this place!! :)

Cozy, yet spacious, and comfortable getaway!

My husband and I stayed in this property for two night with three other couples. We had an amazing time cooking, drinking and relaxing together. I love that it is pet friendly as they are family members too! The master bedroom was quite comfortable and the games, Netflix, hot tub, and pool table made for excellent entertainment. We made two runs to the grocery/liquor stores during our stay. They were conveniently located, but be prepared as you can only buy one 12-pack per person at the grocery store. The instructions provided for the house were detailed and applied to all aspects of our stay from unlocking the doors, to adjusting the heat/air, to opening/closing the blinds properly. Everything about the weekend was amazing; however, I have two recommendations that I would like to share. 1. The house has white carpet in all rooms except for the kitchen/dining area and showers. I feel as though the chances of ruining the carpet are high with tracking in snow, getting out of the master tub, and frankly just the result of human err like spilling a drink. The guests are required to take their shoes off at the door, which lessens the amount of dirt tracked in, but again, a rental property with white carpet is a bad idea overall. In my opinion, the installation of wood floors would pay off immensely and cause less stress for the visitors overall. 2. Check out is at 11am. Due to the extensive requirements for cleaning the property before leaving, I would suggest extending that to 1pm. All guests are required to strip beds, place linens and towels in laundry area, wash and replace all dishes in the cabinets, place all trash at foot of the driveway on top of personal tasks such as packing, loading car, etc. Since the property has to be put back as it was when guests arrived, a little more time to execute would be convenient for visitors. Overall, an amazing weekend was had and we would most definitely return!

awesome!

This house is exactly as seen in pics, we really enjoyed the table tennis and the row boat, the lake is literally right on the back yard. my friends and i had a blast and enjoyed our stay despite the fact the weather went from 75 degrees when we arrived to 20 degrees and snowing the second night. the house remained warm and the amenities worked perfectly. during our stay we went roller blading (30 min) away and horseback riding (20 min away) . theres a lot of activities close by and easy to stay productive. WE HAD A BLAST AND THE HOUSE WAS AMAZING.
