COZY & CONVENIENT

4 of 5
We stayed five nights while visiting Pittsburgh, and found the apartment clean, comfortable, and convenient. Having a bus stop with 3 bus lines in front of the apartment was very useful, and we used the bus nearly every day to get downtown. The king-sized bed with the Sleep Number feature was very comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped well enough for us to cook dinner twice. The washer and dryer were a plus as well. There is a Thai restaurant (that we did not try) just across the street, as well as a small used bookstore. I would recommend the property for a couple, knowing that it's not centrally located in Pittsburgh per se, but still close enough to access most of Pittsburgh's attractions fairly easily.

CASUALLY COZY

5 of 5
Bobs apartment was perfect for me and my two sisters. We came into Pittsburgh to enjoy an extended vacation and to celebrate a 30th birthday. Pittsburgh was about a 15 minute drive and every place we went to was about a 15-30 minute drive that went by extremely fast due to traffic. We checked out downtown, the zoo, Pirates baseball game, and various eateries such as an eclectic “Beehive Coffee Shop” just downtown. His apartment was extremely well kept and stocked with your everyday kitchen essentials. It was nice to enjoy a cup of coffee on the outdoor patio and do a little grill out later that night. We definitely utilized the kitchen as it was cost efficient and more fun to catch up while making our own dinner while having some cocktails. The beds were comfortable. We’ve never used a “sleep by number” bed mattress and each slept great once our numbers were found. We didn’t meet with Bob during our stay, however he provided fast feedback whenever a question was brought up and was very helpful with suggestions for spots to visit while in town. Bob was an excellent host during our stay and I would highly recommend his place to those looking to visit Pittsburgh. His house isn’t downtown, but in a quiet little neighborhood that was very cozy. The roads weren’t terrible to navigate through, but some were extremely small and very hilly. We all had different GPS’s and they all were giving us some interesting routes, lol, but by day 2 we had the majority of the roads memorized. The grocery store is literally just around the corner from his house which made it quite convenient for us. Thanks Bob for allowing us to stay in your apartment. Jamie
