This was a great spot. The house was fine, we didn't use the basement much as it wasn't as well ventilated or temperature controlled as the rest of the house, but overall this is a fairly substantial townhouse and was able to deal with 6 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 young kids just fine.
The neighborhood was fantastic. The neighbors were all very welcoming, and helpful. We had folks move their cars so I could take a closer spot to get my young daughter out. The neighborhood also has a labor day bbq and I wish I had known as we'd have stayed an extra day or two to enjoy the folks on the street.
The location is great. 5 minute walk to the commuter rail, 40 minute drive to Sesame Place, 20 minute drive to the Zoo. So we were able to take advantage of a lot of stuff while we were there.
The kitchen is amply stocked. I couldn't find extra sugar while there, but it wasn't a big deal. We left a lot of condiments as well, though I don't know if those stay or get rotated out. Grocery stores are within 2 miles, lots of on street parking. There was one spot in the back of the house which we didn't know about until several days into our vacation. No big deal, but had it been winter it would have been nice to know it was there.
Laundry facilities were useful as we kept up after the towels and our own clothing. The washer-dryer are clean and in good working condition. As others have mentioned there is no dishwasher (not a big deal), or disposal. So be prepared to rotate dishwashing duties.
I'd stay again in a heartbeat as the neighbors and location are great.
