Well-furnished, 4-story, brick rowhouse.

4 of 5
Well-furnished, 4-story, brick rowhouse in a nice neighborhood. Lovely kitchen on bottom floor. Patio in back. Easy to get around using public transit (bus stop in front of house, Lombard South subway close by.) Good restaurants and Whole Foods nearby. Friendly, helpful Philadelphians proved the 'City of Brotherly Love' motto true. Six 70+ year-olds loved staying here. Note that care must be taken on the circular stairs.

Cozy home with awesome amenities!

5 of 5
This property came with all the amenities of a fancy hotel at a better price. It is conveniently located to public transportation, great restaurants, and parking was pretty easy. The owners were extremely welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed in the rental. I will definitely be renting this property again.

Excellent location, charming house and neighborhood

5 of 5
We stayed at this charming Trinity house mid-September for 5 nights. We absolutely loved our trip and this property. The weather was a perfect mid-70's to low 80's while we were there but we were still glad for the air-conditioning in the house. We arrived at the property around midnight our first night but it was no problem to get into the house with the lockbox. Everything was clean and charming inside and my husband and I had plenty of room for our things. The location can't be beat. We walked everywhere in Philadelphia and all the sights we wanted to see seemed like a short walk away. We rented a car for one day to visit Amish country and took the train to the airport to get a better rate on the car and longer more flexible hours on returning the car. The neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet. The washing machine and dryer worked great and the dishes/appliances provided in the kitchen were perfect for our breakfasting needs. As other reviewers have stated, the stairs are narrow and care should be taken going up/down them. I would definitely stay here again when we visit Philly in the future.
