Great home away from home!

4 of 5
Our family of seven really enjoyed this home. It was great to have this townhouse as our base as we explored much of historic Philadelphia on foot. The house is well maintained and Kevin's customer service was outstanding - responsive, professional and friendly. We had an issue when we first arrived and he made it right and made all the difference. We enjoyed exploring the nearby market and restaurants. Each day we made the 25 minute trek up to center city and enjoyed innumerable sites, sounds and tastes of the city. (Bonus tip: take a picture of Pat's and Geno's and walk up to South and 4th and actually buy your token cheesesteak from Jim's Steaks.)

Great place for reunion with friends

4 of 5
This rental was a great stay for 7 friends celebrating our college reunion. The house was beautiful and there were plenty of linens, pillows, and sleeping spaces for all of us. The air mattresses were easy to use. As mentioned by other reviewers, the stairs are very narrow and the house has 5 total levels (basement to loft) so you climb stairs a LOT. I wished there were instructions for using the television and sound system & a list of channels--it took awhile to figure out the A/V system. Other than that, the rental was great. Easy access to subway and very walkable area. We enjoyed the sushi restaurant a few blocks away.

Simply, the Best!

5 of 5
No words to describe this place. It was the perfect getaway house for my group. Very spacious, it accomodated us all and there was still a full basement level with room. The house was furnished beautifully - bathrooms, kitchen and entertainment space all had amenities one could want in a vacation home. And the location was perfect too. Nice, quiet secluded neighborhood. Mike the Owner was very helpful and made sure our needs were met. He even allowed a later check out time. This is truly a great place and the pictures here, nor my words above do it justice. I felt like a King staying here. Better yet, The Fresh Prince of Bel Air!
