Incomparable views and lovely surroundings...

4 of 5
Our stay in the river front home in Dauphin, PA was everything we could have wanted and more! David and Janice are wonderful hosts and terrific people. We chose this location to hold a reunion of college roommates almost 30 years after graduation. The house was roomy - the sun porch was our favorite spot to gather - the beds and bedrooms were comfy, the requisite firepit was perfect right at riverside, and the local residents were as nice and welcoming as could be! We'll be staying at the River House again, rest assured. We want to have a crack at those kayaks next time!

Perfect for Family Reunions!

5 of 5
This is the second time our family used this home for a family reunion, and it was terrific. Having two kitchens, a huge dining room, and three levels of sleeping, as well as a fantastic deck, beautiful new pavilion and fire ring, and beautiful landscaping, means everyone could find a spot that suited their needs and wants. We had a wonderful time this weekend, and would highly recommend it for family groups.

Another Relaxing Vacation

5 of 5
This is our 3rd year staying at this true home away from home. I'm so blessed to have found a centrally located, comfortable and very well-maintained home 5minutes from extended family. I have to share an amazing experience I had this this stay. While sleeping in the upstairs bedroom with the night view, it was stormy one night and I was wakened by flashes of light several times in a row. Thinking it was lightening I finally kept my eyes open and waited to hear the thunder to know how far away the storm was. To my surprise it was lightening bugs, so bright the flashes woke me up! How wonderful.
