WE HATED TO LEAVE VERY CLEAN AND WELL KEPT. KIDS HAD A GREAT TIME PLAYING ON DOCK AND FISHING TOOK ROW BOAT OUT TO FISH AND THEY KAYAKED ALL OVER , QUITE NEIGHBORHOOD WITH LARGE YARD, THE SWING WAS THE OVER ALL HIT, WE HAD TO SET TIMERS ON PHONE SO THEY ALL GOT "swing time" CAUGHT SUNNIES, PERCH AND A FEW BASS. ALL IN ALL GREAT FAMILY TIME WOULD LIKE TO COME BACK FOR LONGER STAY IN SUMMER. THANK YOU

Penn Lake - literally on the lakefront

5 of 5
Our family had a wonderful time at Donna and Bob's rental home. The house was nicely appointed, clean, and very very comfortable. The kitchen and dining areas served us well. The beds were also quite comfortable. Beyond this, the lake and beach were truly amazing - well suited for family swimming as well as open water triathalon training. We also had several kayaks/paddleboats at our disposal. Quiet, friendly area. Town/supermarket/restaurant about 10 min. away. Hickory State park/Boulder field 15 min. from the home. Would certainly do again in the future.
