Amazing stay in the Poconos!

5 of 5
We had a large group and the house was perfect for us! It was spacious but still felt cozy. While we were there it snowed making everything more beautiful than it already was. Most importantly the house was very clean. Every single person in our group was raving about the house and we all look forward to booking there again this summer. The owners were personable and accommodating. Best rental experience we've ever had! Definitely recommend this house to any group looking for a vacation or even just a weekend getaway.

Fantastic Stay

5 of 5
The house was in immaculate condition upon our arrival. Everything was VERY clean. The best part was a lot of closet space both downstairs to use as pantry and upstairs for linens and personal stuff. There are a lot of utensils and kitchenware, so if you plan to cook, you'd have everything you need. The rooms were pretty small (except for master bedroom), but very cozy. There are two bathrooms upstairs, but one is in the master bedroom and the only inconvenience was the door that wouldn't close shut. Very minor and there is another half-bathroom on the first floor. We were a party of 8 adults and 3 children. Everyone had more than enough room in this wonderful house whether we wanted to cozy up in front of the fire place or get some privacy. Camelback is only about 20 minutes away, which was great. We really hope we can come back sometime! Thank you for the great experience

Relaxing Stay in the Poconos

4 of 5
My husband and I were looking for a relaxing weekend away from the city and got just that. Cherie was responsive to my questions before our stay making it very easy to plan for. Her home is super cute, you can tell there was a lot of thought and effort put in to the decor. Since we live in an apartment, it was a treat to cook on the charcoal grill and eat outside. One tip - make sure you get everything on your shopping list when at the grocery store, because unlike being in the city, it isn't a walk across the street if you forget something, more like a 5 mile drive - which we didn't mind because we went there for quiet and relaxation - but just something to keep in mind! I am a neat freak and always a little uneasy about renting someone else's house so the best thing about this house for me is that it was SUPER clean. You could eat off the floor! While we enjoyed grilling we also tried out some of the restaurants Cherie recommended and they were good. We also visited Mount Airy Casino for a bit and walked around a local harvest festival. This home was the perfect getaway for us.
