                  AWESOME HOME!!

                  5 of 5
Very nice place to stay for a couple of days. Jim Thorpe is a very interesting town inside of Pennsylvanian, we had 6 people and enjoyed our July 4th weekend very nicely. We had an amazing time and I recommend this house to anyone out there.

                  GREAT HOUSE IN JIM THORPE

                  5 of 5
If you want to stay a couple of days in a great house with all facilities, close to downtown Jim Thorpe - this is the place to be. Very cosy and clean, the kids loved that there was Netflix and board games, the adults enjoyed the grill, the deck and the nice kitchen. If you want to go rafting - we can recommend WhiteWater rafting, but also kayaking on the nearby Mauch Chunk lake is worth doing (nice walking trail - appr. 3 miles). The house used to be a hotel and later a 'Speakeasy' during the prohibition era where you could buy alcohol. Mike has done a great job restoring the house!

                  CUTE PLACE IN PALMERTON

                  5 of 5
The place was really cute. Perfect for what we were looking for. The place was clean and well maintained. Michael was incredibly nice, flexible, and understanding. He really went out of his way to make this vacation work, which was really difficult. It was my sister's bachelorette party and she ended up in the hospital the week we were supposed to leave and he was working with me throughout the week to figure out any and all possible alternate solutions. The place is pretty much exactly how it looks in the pictures. We weren't able to do much. But, we were an hour away from our zip lining place, and 30 minutes from our white water rafting place. 10 minutes from a movie theater. 2 minutes from the town. The only thing I would say as a POSSIBLE negative was that the kitchen is not conducive to someone who gets really into their cooking (like me). If you're not trying to chef out, then it's perfectly up to the task. But because we had to cancel all of our activities, I decided to cook a dinner for 6 people, which was difficult. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives, and we all are trying to come back and have the weekend we originally planned for. Thank you Michael!
