Idyllic Lakefront House

5 of 5
The peacefulness of this property was amazing. We hiked locally every day and then would relax in the backyard with the use of the firepit, hammock, kayaks, and paddleboat. There are many beautiful waterfalls to visit and the nearby town of Milford is charming. It was an absolutely perfect week for us and our two young children. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and checked in with us during our stay. We really enjoyed our visit.

Quaint home!

5 of 5
This is the perfect home to get away from the city life, or retreat to for any reason. The house is in a gated community and we were greeted by deer upon arrival at the security booth! The house is true to the pictures. It was clean and spacious. All utilities worked fine, however my guests and I couldn't figure out how to work the DVD player --- no worries, we brought board games! Bushkill Falls and the nearest commercial area (at least the one my guests and I stumbled upon) are a 25 minute drive away. Angela was patient and easy to communicate with in this process. This was my first home rental and I'm happy to say everything ran smoothly. Overall, I had such a great experience in the Poconos. Thank you, Angela!

Great times.

5 of 5
Fantastic chateau with all the comforts of home. Very clean and well organized. A little buggy inside but were mostly moths, to be expected though being in the middle of a forest. Tons of wildlife such as deer, bears, flying squirrels, foxes and so much more. Hot tub was excellent and got used a lot. Lots of room to move around inside and out. Bring your own charcoal and a saw to cut your own fire wood for the fire pit. 9 hour drive to get there but was well worth it.
