Clean, Beautiful Cabin Retreat

5 of 5
This is a great little getaway for a couple or family with kids. This cabin has all the amenities you will need. Its perfect for a weekend get away or staying for a week or two. Though there is a cabin next to it, it still felt VERY secluded and cozy. I honestly felt like I could retire there. There was a great fire pit outside as well as a wood stove inside that warms up the entire house. The only drawback were the stairs to the 2nd floor. They are narrow and a little steep so just be prepared. Our dog had to be carried up and down each night because be wouldn't try them. You are centrally located to all the great hiking trails and even some cute towns. We will defiantly be back to this cabin!

Great Place to Decompress

5 of 5
This place was a great place to decompress. It was clean and the kitchen was well appointed for cooking. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was the fact that we had to drive out to hiking trails. We tried to go to Dingmans Ferry Falls but the road was closed and no way back there. It would be helpful if the site listed when area like that are closed for the season and the season dates. All in all we had a nice 4 days of relaxation.

Beautiful, quiet property with no TV

5 of 5
The house is set on a beautiful, quiet area gently sloping to the water. You have many oversized chairs and a outdoor fire pit to enjoy the crisp, clean air. The house is immaculately maintained, not dusty or smells of mildew. It is very modern with a more than serviceable kitchen. The wood burning fireplace is perfect and there's no TV to enhance your peaceful experience. I will definitely stay here again.
