We recently stayed four nights in Casa Natasha. Everything was fantastic. The location of the house is perfect, just a few steps to the beach, but also far enough from the crowd. We didn't get to the house until very late sunday night. There was a set of bed sheet and towel missing for one of us. We managed to get the sheets ourselves through the linen closet door. But we didn't get the towel until three days later. We later found out the property manager, Michael, had some personal family issues (otherwise he had been very attentive prior to that).
The house was in great condition and had everything we needed. You can get all your groceries in Pedasi; including wine. We cooked two dinners at home and breakfast everyday. My one complaint here is that they forgot to clean the coffee pot and it had all kinds of mold in it.
Michael offered to arrange activities for us, but at the end we managed to do things on our own. Surfing lessons can be arranged at any time with the local surf hostel/shop. Michael offered us a hike to a waterfall for about $35 per person, but we found our own waterfall in Eco Venao for free. Our trip to Isla Iguana got canceled due to weather, but there is scuba diving and snorkeling there if you want. We also made a day trip to Pedasi on Fat Tuesday to celebrate the carnavales. It was only 30 minutes away. And of course we spent most of the time on the surf (glad we found a boogie board from Michael on the last day after he finally stopped by) and relaxing by the private pool.
Just a few words of caution...there were three wasp nests around the house and scorpions.
I highly recommend this house.
